Always thankful to have any place nearby during the field research season to kick back and enjoy some ice water and a hot meal, this place goes above and beyond that. Stopped in towards closing to few people in the restaurant and was met with a smile from the bartender and a gesture to have a seat! I placed my order and it was done to my exact specifications in a timely manner. The owners were friendly, helpful, and personable and just great company overall. Glad I decided to stop in and recommend to anyone hungry or thirsty!

Took a while to get our food, one of my side dishes was completely forgotten, and then we had to ask for cutlery. The bar tender seemed either too laid back or possibly high, not really sure.

If you are looking to grab a good bite to eat while visiting the Adirondacks, then this is a good stop. The crispy hot honey BBQ chicken sandwich is top rated and didn’t disappoint. The sweet potato fries were also a delight.

Passing through upstate NY when we spotted this gem. Great couple of sandwiches, bonus conversation and we got to watch the beer fridge getting repaired. I recommend the Thirsty Moose Pub.

Sonya (did I remember her name correctly?) was the only server/bartender on duty the afternoon we arrived, yet she still provided great service with all the incoming sled traffic!! The kitchen staff (owners from what we heard) did great too. We were first time customers and will be back soon enough.
