My 3 year old loves cheese pizza and while we were on our way home we came across this small restaurant in Natick we ordered a large half cheese and half veggie pizza and it was perfect. I generally don’t write reviews but I would say the pizza they made was perfect . It has been really a long time since I tasted such good pizza. I would highly recommend this place.

Staying at the Courtyard by Marriott and after driving 4 hours in the torrential rain, didn’t want to go back out. Ordered pizza and it was delicious. Excellent job, and very sweet delivery man.

We have ordered from Theos for years. Recently spent over $500 in the past month on their food due to events. My husband bought a pizza home to share with me today and we found hair in the pizza. We brought the pizza back and the owner, Jim, blamed us for the hair. The older woman working there started screaming at my husband. After all of loyal years and money, this is a disgusting approach to our loyalty. Theos is not the place for our family.

I was actually quite a fan of this place. Order my lunch here pretty much daily. Today I ordered a BLT sandwich and was charged $13.24…which sounded odd to me so I called back. After looking at my online banking I realized on previous days that I had paid $13.24 for a sandwich AND an order of french fries, so of course I confronted them about the mistake. Whoever answered the phone proceeded to argue with me that I ordered fries when in fact I most certainly did not. Instead of just saying “Oh I’m sorry, let’s get the charge taken off for you” he again proceeded to tell me I did order fries and that the minimum order for delivery was $10. GREAT, so charge me $10 for a sandwich that costs $7.50 but don’t over charge me for food that I did not ask for. I would have had absolutely no issue with this situation if this employee did not have the audacity to continue arguing with me over something so petty. In the end my order was canceled completely and they have lost a DAILY customer. Well done!

Garbage frozen food at its finest. I would rate it ZERO STARS. The pizzas are always messed up. The chicken tenders/fingers over cooked or raw. French fries used on old or used frying oil, which makes them hard to eat. I’ll rather eat from pizza hut than this place. Left a bad in my mouth.

Came here because the reviews said they had good roast beef. They didn’t even know what a 3 way roast beef was, meat was slimy and probably a few days old. Bbq was sweet baby rays. Ended up puking my lunch not 5 minutes after leaving. I will never return!
