Some of the best wings in the Memphis area. I love the variety of flavors and you don’t have to tell them to cook hard. Wings done perfectly. Little pricey but worth it. Stopped back here again this week and it has been several months. No decline on the quality of the food and the friendly great service. I’m actually upgrading my star rating to a 5 star.

So I called to place a to-go order and the woman over the phone asked me was I ok with paying over the phone. I said no and asked if they could start on it I’m coming you won’t lose your product because of a no show. I didn’t to wait for a long period of time, because I have things to do. That’s the reason for call ahead. She said yes. I get to the store and no one remembers and she’s standing there looking stupid like it wasn’t her. Anyway all she had to say was no we can’t do that and not waste my time. I still had to order because it’s not for me. Other than that I would have most definitely left.

This Collierville location is a joke and an embarrassment to the wing guru brand. You can’t charge more than anyone else for wings if you’re going to put out bad/slow service tiny tiny wings and just overall awful food. You would be better off getting a wings from fast food. Sad because I always loved my Moriah and Southaven locations.

I debated writing a review, but here it goes. I have been to this location at least 5 times and each time is a different experience. First time wings tasted as if they were taken out of the freezer second time hot and delicious. I even waited for this location to get the kinks out, but they just haven’t! Superbowl Sunday ordered wings in advance and you must pay by the way up front, wings terrible! Spoke with the manager got a redo good. Last Saturday wings horrible no sauce no seasoning and for $50 I can’t anymore. Consistency is key. I would suggest DO NOT call ahead and order they tell you 25 minutes, but when you get there your order is cold. Go in and wait ! Good luck Wing Guru.

Called in a small order and was quoted 15 minutes. Over an hour later, they said my ticket never made it to the kitchen. Instead of making it right, a female cook in the back (potentially a manger) was vocally voicing her opinions on being yelled at by customers (clearly I’m not the only one) and saying she wouldn’t deal with it. The food is decent but the store is grossly mismanaged. After an hour and a half, my order was ready and it was wrong. I ordered grilled tenders and they were fried. Save your time, save your money. This place is a joke and their incompetence makes for an absolute waste of your time & money.

The only reason I gave a 4 star review was the wings were great and fries were hot. The price not so much, almost $22 for a 10pc party wing combo and I asked for an extra ranch only to be told it was another $.87. I looked up the menu online but it had no pricing, this should have been my red flag

Best wings in Memphis. Hands down. I order online so I can’t speak to customer service in store but what I love is the consideration of substitutions or adding something extra if they don’t have what I want. Not sure why they have so many low reviews but I’m hoping they NEVER close this location down.

Great wings, but the worst customer service. You have to call half a dozen times just to get an answer to make an order and then when you pick them up, it’s like you’re inconveniencing them. If they didn’t make it seem like they didn’t want your business, this would be a 4 or 5 star rating.
