This place shouldn’t be allowed to sell food. I ordered Mac n Cheese and all it was was noodles and shredded cheese on top. I microwaved it for 2 mins and the cheese didn’t even melt. Do not eat from here.

Horrible service do not order. Chicken is always burnt and they don’t even buff it in the sauce that you order in. On doordash it’s Wing Experience, once it’s delivered I receive Burger Experience brand of the food I just ordered. Giant ranch cup with only a drop of ranch. No straws with my drink. This was the 2nd time. Never again, I do not recommend.

The wings are awesome this is my first time ordering them through doordash the honey soy garlic wings are amazing I also ordered the honey mustard wings I would have given yall five stars but i didn’t get my french fries but the chicken is very good I will order again!

We are from out of state ordered our food in a timely manner and our order was canceled while our dasher and other dashers were waiting on their orders as well. The orders even showed being prepared. That is ver unprofessional and I will not be patronizing this company again. Awful customer service.

Quite possibly the worst wings I’ve ever had. I didn’t heed the other reviews because I thought “come on, how hard is it to make a decent wing?” These wings were worse than dominos wings… rubbery, undercooked, no crisp at all. The flavor / seasoning sucked too. Ordered “cajun” and there was zero spice… ruined my appetite.

The wings are very good. I walked in to place and order. I was promised a certain time but received my food over thirty minutes late. I suggest if you want to eat a 4 pm order it at 3 pm. It’s not the first time I had an issue with long wait times.

My experience was the same as previous reviews. Missing ranch, the (recommended) sauce on the side for 16 wings didn’t even cover them. When you pay for a service fee and delivery fee on top your driver fee you should get what you order. This was a second chance order. Never again.

One of two things happened with my DoorDash order. One they gave my food to the wrong dasher. Two they lied to me when I called and asked if they gave it to a dasher. I think this place just takes DoorDash orders in case they need the money and have the time to make them and then doesn’t fulfill the orders if they have people in house. That’s why doordash has them under a different name even though it’s actually Smokey Bones.
