We went for the long shot and struck a major hidden gem in the Las Vegas area. Yes its a culinary school but it’s sponsored and maintained by MGM resorts the food quality and the cuts of meat were exceptional and the price OMG all this food, 2 drinks and 2 desserts for around $42 the Salmon alone would be that much at some of these MGM properties

People in training will give you excellently prepared food at good prices with stellar service. You may experience a rare an occasional glitch, but to be involved with their honorable pursuits is an honor. Always tip. Even though the wait staff cannot keep it, they will donate it to the school or to the scholarship program.

Westside Bistro is the perfect spot for lunch. Whether you dine in or get it to-go the service is friendly and quick. The food was delicious with decent portion sizes. I got the chicken pot pie and the biscuit was flaky and delicious with lots of filling. The side salad was also tasty with their house vinaigrette. It isn’t loud or crowded so it is a relaxing environment. I highly recommend you supporting the Culinary Arts School and do yourself a favor by visiting Westside Bistro.
