Incredible broasted chicken, perch dinner, and sides! Great little spot for traditional drive in food. Highly recommend.

We got the 4-pc chicken dinner and the 2-pc fish dinner. Chicken dinner was good. Fish dinner was a major disappointment – small fish-stick-sized pieces of fish, 1/2 piece dried rye bread, french fries were room temperature (fries with the chicken dinner were hot). Told it would be a 15-min wait on the chicken dinner – easily turned into a half hour. It was very busy – dinner hour. Based upon the success with the chicken dinner, we’ll try again during quiet hours to see if things are better. But for us, a good fish dinner is important!! Note – this is all ordering at the outside window – no inside seating. There are a few picnic tables for outside seating. I believe two of these tables have umbrellas, but all tables are in the sun – no shade – and it was hot and bees were active. We took our food home to eat – it was a short drive.

Nice place. They now have better seating outside with shade. The food is pretty good, but sometimes it can take a while to make, like the fried chicken is good but it takes 20-30 minutes to make, unless you order ahead.

Very nice, well-mannered staff, reasonable prices, and generous servings make this a popular place. The chicken is excellent, and they feature DoleWhip, which is a particular favorite.

Very nice small town Wisconsin eatery. Excellent burgers, perch sandwiches, fries and Cole slaw. Great ice cream choices. Very friendly service.

Amazing food from a small town classic that’s been around longer than half of you. Consider this place a staple in wisconsin culture, they may not have “invented” the hamburger like those cheeseheads in Kaukauna, but they’ve almost perfected it. (Outdoor seating only)

Wait in line, order. Most times you can’t hear them call your name, tho they have a P A system. They seldom use it. They charge you 30 cents to use your debit card [ Illegal ] They ask for a tip right off the bat, before any service or food is rendered. New owner put in nicer seating area, wthe umbrellas.

The wait is horrific. BUT… you’re supporting a great little local place with great food and ice cream. So, it’s worth it. Lots of menu options to try for such a small establishment; looking forward to trying everything.
