The service was supremely dog water. We waited 10 minutes to be seated in the nearly empty restaurant. We had to wait 30 minutes for our orders to be taken. One of the people I was with tried to order an item that was clearly on the menu and the wait staff replied saying “I know it’s on the menu but every time I ask for it they don’t have it, it’s like a specialty thing.” We then waited almost twenty minutes for our soup to arrive and the bowls weren’t even remotely full. After the soup arrived we waited an additional hour and 10 minutes for our food to arrive. During this time another guest had arrived thirty minutes after us received their food eaten and left before we got out food. When we received our food the food was cold and the cheese on my grilled cheese had reverted to a solid state. My mother found one of the wait staffs hairs in her food. This place is low quality and disgusting and I would rather lick the floor of a taco bell bathroom than eat here again.

extremely long wait for every part of service. when we finally did get our food, some was missing, most was cold, and there was hair in it. the bathroom was totally filthy with the garbage can flowing over and soap dripping down the countertop and onto the floor. we also overheard the cooks screaming at the servers. people all around us were getting served and leaving before we even got our soup. other customers were also having issues with their food as we overheard disputes between other customers and the other servers. the servers said that the cooks had been behind all day but there was only six tables with people seated when we were there. literally go anywhere else. please. theres a mcdonalds two minutes down the road.

Let me start by saying I don’t write reviews. I think this is actually my first one. But my experience here was so bad that I had to come on here and do my duty to try to warn others. Lol. I brought my wife and 5 kids here on a road trip we were trying to find the Mexican resturant but when we showed up it was closed and this place was the building next door and it said “Family Resturant” on the side so I pulled in. to try to get some dinner. It was flat out, with out exaggeration the worst resturant experience I’ve ever had. I have never walked out of a resturant until this one. Upon entry no one was at the host stand and when we arrived she told us half the menu was unavailable. What we did order, when it finally came, was inedible. I got the steak because I thought it would be impossible to mess up but I took one bite and almost threw up. This is not hyperbole. You know when meat is turning grey and it has that bad meat smell? That is what my steak tasted like. I still shiver thinking about it. My wife got the pot roast and it was basically cold beef jerky. Like comically bad. I ordered the clam chowder and it literally had powered instant mashed potatoes mixed into it but not fully mixed so there was a big section of unmixed powder in the center on my cup. In clam chowder!! How nasty is that?! They forgot my sons food, and my wife’s side. Our entire family got up and left it was that bad. As I went up to negotiate what to pay because we didn’t eat they said I still had to pay for half of the food. Then these creatures of humans emerged from the kitchen and started yelling at the high school aged girls who were trying to be servers. So awkward and between how they looked, what they were wearing and how they were yelling I honestly had questions about the saftey of the work environment. The computers were broken so the system wasn’t working and the manager had “gone home early” (it was a Friday evening at 6pm so should be the main night of the week??) when I left I literally had a disgust response and I felt worried about the servers too. The Warermark was the worst resturant I’ve even been to in my life. I am not sure how it is not shut down. I can’t imagine what the kitchen probably looked like. Don’t go. I gave the service 2 stars because our sweet waitress was just a young kid trying to figure things out. But her and her friends were just goofing off the whole time. I own a business and I can tell when a place has bad management and culture and this place was off the rails. Probably should be shut down.

Food is average, sometimes not what you expect. For instance, if you order a Reuben sandwich it will be: light brown bread with a cut of corned beef as if you had a slice of ham, melted cheese as usual, with a small dollop of sauerkraut, and no Thousand Isand Dressing. Be prepared to take an hour to eat lunch because it seems to take forever to get your order placed and even longer to finally get your food.

Long wait to be seated and noone in front of us. Tables all dirty and stacked with dishes. Food came out fast, but waitress never checked back with us. Took 10 minutes after we were done eating to get a to go box and check out.

On mother’s day our table reservation was given away. We had injured and elderly waiting way too long and then seated at two different tables. There was more but, management lacked professionalism. The servers were NOT at fault.

Disappointing!!! We had made reservations ahead of time for 11:30 upon arrival we were told our reservation was for 12. Staff argued about our time. We got sat at 4 different tables none pushed together. Server was great , food took a long time as it was Easter and understandably so, but the food was cold and not appetizing. Will not be back.
