Amazing dinner for two. We started with their signature cocktails and mushroom appetizer which were delicious. I ordered a cup of soup, which kay be the best souped I’ve ever eaten. We then had two different fish dishes for our main course and they were both great. I look forward to coming back again soon to try more cocktails and the burger.

Pretty good food. A little on the heavier side with thick gravies and potatoes. Service was pretty slow, though many tables were empty. They may have been shorthanded, but when our server was waiting on us, she was attentive. Drinks from bar to table took an average of 10-12 mins to get, and the bar had 3 people at it, so not sure why. It was quiet and secluded where our party sat near the kitchen, but the kitchen doors were open and talk from there made its way out to where we sat, along with the music they were playing back there. So deductions for that as what was being said and played did not coincide with “a dining-like atmosphere.”

The building is breathtakingly beautiful. The atmosphere is inviting for all. The menu has a variety of entrees that sounded delicious; making it hard to decide on just one. I will be back very soon to try something new on the menu. Love it!

I couldn’t recommend The Wagner House more for anyone looking at an event venue! We just had our wedding ceremony and reception there and the day was absolutely amazing! Savannah is the event coordinator and went above and beyond, she is so easy to work with and we were extremely lucky to have her with us. Justice, Nick and Tara were our bartenders and they were a highlight of our reception. I would have regretted going with any other venue.

Everything was delicious and server was attentive and kind! The pretzel crusted fish was the best fish I have ever eaten! The desserts choices all sounded good so it was hard to choose which one to get 🙂
