DUDE what’s the story already? Are you behind on rent? Are you having a problem sourcing employees? You should sell the rights to the buffet so it reopens. Is it a corporate decision? Are you a non-binary liberal who’s afraid of Covid? I mean Whiskey Tango Foxtrot? Why is this closed? Were you not able to get an SBA loan? Is the space available? You are commenting on the reviews but providing no updates; go on Facebook provide a status update. I’m literally sitting here lamenting that I can’t come back here because the Region won’t open a Brazilian steakhouse or have anything but cheap buffet options with MSG. I took friends and family here and it was a tradition. This is hurting casino business and the customers who want to come back. Seriously what gives make a Facebook post for all those loyal customers of many years my man. Great inflation do what every other restaurant did and jack up prices; restaurant depot is in Griffith now. What’s the excuse?

Absolutely impossible to get through by phone! Long wait times just to ask about availability of restaurants. You are asked for your rewards number and then asked again by the rep that finally answers. Why even ask the first time?
