If you’re looking for Omakase tasting experience, I’m highly recommend this place. It is truly a unique, special dining experience. Jessica was my chef, she’s really creative, prepared each dish with care and precision. Their fish is so fresh and expertly prepared, and their chefs are highly skilled and passionate about their craft. The atmosphere at The Venue Sushi is also top-notch, with a modern and chic interior design that’s perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner date.

We drove 13 miles and we were disappointed. The sashimi plate $56 was very flat. There were 6 kinds of ingredients, 4 pieces of each. Except for the salmon, everything else was bland. The shrimp was too unpalatable. It tasted like boiled shrimp. I was disappointed. Hand roll selected 3 kinds, $9 for each.California, spicy tuna, salmon skin, also very general. Sandfish roll $25, this one is delicious, 4 servings. There are only 2 waitresses, and she looks very busy. Every time you think about it for a while, she will leave, and she will come back later. Very slow to get a glass, very slow to get another beer, very poor service, but we still leave 20% tip.

Ooooh this place is so cute! I got the sandwich roll because I saw the reviews on it. It was decent. My boyfriend got the Phili tempura roll and I liked that way better. We sat outside and had a beautiful view and a cute touch lamp for the table. Next to the heater and they had a blanket at the table. It was a great experience.

Really unkind staff unfortunately. You pay 100+ for your pick up order to be running late and no one at the front desk to answer questions about anything. They stand in the kitchen “chatting” and make you not only feel unwanted, but make it a point to laugh with staff members in front of your face when you ask that they not walk away with your credit card without so much as a “your order is still being made!”. Rude rude rude.

The restaurant is cool it has a great atmosphere, the servers are among the most polite I’ve ever had, unfortunately the rolls are not very good… And that’s the only reason why I gave them 3 stars nice place best servers in the valley. They have other dishes like carpaccio that are tasty, is an excellent place to gather and have some drinks but the sushi experience is average at most. The prices are fair, the rolls are well priced but is just that they are at best similar to the ones sold at bristol farms, except they are smaller. I had to change my review I went. On Saturday night and the carpaccio is just terrible tasting, I’m really sorry but the food quality is mediocre cannot even compare it to places like hamashi in cat city or even the juggernaut that Misaki is. Terrible food great ambient.

We had a reservation for 6:15 and still had to wait to get in. We were sat and within 45 minutes we only received water. Our cocktails never came and weren’t even given a chance to order food. We ordered a bottle of sparkling water and received a bottle of still water. And our heater went out.

Not really highest quality fish. Appetizers were okay. Service was a little slow. I would say this place is pretty average for valley sushi and below average when comparing LA sushi bars.
