My husband and I went to The Venue for a dinner date this past weekend and enjoyed it. From the moment we walked in the door everyone was very friendly and inviting. We were quickly seated as we had reserved a table through Google, 2 days prior. I highly recommend making a reservation, because they get busy and the space is not large. We were given a glass bottle of water and our drink order was taken quickly after that. We decided on the beef wellington for our first course and it was delicious. For our dinner entree, I had sea bass and my husband had the surf and turf. Everything was great, albeit a little pricey for the portion sizes, but I do not have any complaints. My husband’s filet was slightly over-done (he ordered it medium-rare and it was closer to medium-well), but he enjoyed it nonetheless. We will be back, even if it is to have drinks at the bar to catch a game.

(06/25/23) My husband and I both just had a fabulous dining experience at the Venue. I ordered the King crab legs, and my husband ordered the scallops. Deanna was our waitress, and I feel like the stars aligned when we got her as our server. She was professional, thoughtful, and funny with appropriate timing. Our food was cooked and seasoned to perfection, as well. 10/10 I highly recommend the Venue for good Seafood in Greensburg.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience last evening with my husband and dear Mother- In-Law. The atmosphere, the food and wait staff were all superb. J.R. our waiter was amazing. Looking forward to another great dinner soon. Crab cakes and Filet were delicious ☺️

Oh, my God, this place is amazing. The servers are absolutely wonderful. The gentleman bar tender was amazing. I ordered the king crab legs and they were huge. I think our family and I for 5 people. We spent 700 dollars, but it is so worth the money.

Best steak I’ve had since Vegas over 10 years ago! Great food, great company, pretty quiet and nice environment! Highly recommend the aged ribeye. I will be back.

What a great place to sit back and enjoy great surf and turf fares. We started with a seafood tower and finished with filet/lobster tail combo. Regrettably, we didn’t have room for dessert.

We were there for Father’s Day. The service was awful. The bartender was not supporting the waitresses. The waitress brought my wife crab legs instead of crab cakes. She missed our desert order. My first martini was dirty. We waited, waited, waited and waited. It took over two hours for the two of us. This was not their day. We’ve been there several times. This was the worse time by far. They have never been bad before.

They’ve really gotten a lot better over the last year in my opinion. The food is some of the best fine dining you can get in Greensburg. Try the crab cakes. It’s usually not super busy. The staff is excellent.

Waitress was was friendly and helpful. Overall dinner was ok no WOW factor . Service was a bit slow and probably what hurt the evening the most was we were cold being in the front by a door, the staff did try to accommodate us but it never did warm up. My wife’s chicken was very good and my crab cakes were excellent. Rolls and potatoes were ok. Dessert was very good . After reading reviews is why we ate here today, really wanted the French onion soup from all the great reviews but was not Available !!! and only one soup was offered. Most restaurants we go to usually at least 2 or 3 soups . Sorry to say of the 3 fine restaurants we ate at in the last 3 weeks this place I rate #3. The Back Porch is #1 and Amels #2. We may try again this summer . We will see.

Happy Cows
The Venue opened the Friday before Christmas 2019. I just happened to see them when I was driving on the road to the post office and decided to stop in after I called. They do not have a suit and tie dress code like many 5 star restaurants. They prefer for you to make a reservation, but if they are not too busy you may not need one. They are also open until 9:00 PM on Sunday. The first thing that caught my attention was how the tables were beautifully presented. The place has a lot of appealing features. There are no spots on the silverware and you can see your reflection in it.
