The place seemed clean, the waitress was very nice and attentive, the food just didn’t do it for me, the Rice, beans, enchiladas were kinda bland compared to other restaurants in the area. The taco and tostada were good. The cheese was almost watery. Guacamole was real, that was very nice. Overall, Not a place I would choose to go, but I have friends that like it.

I came to show my respect. We all know what happened at Robb elementary. I search for a near Mexican restaurant checked out the reviews and I said why not here! As soon as I walked in the place was very clean . However I wasn’t convinced about the food. I fear it was going to be not so great food..but I was wrong. The drinks came in cans with a cup of ice. Which was great nothing but fresh soda. Ice tea was very tasty not to sweet just right. The food was GOOD!! I will come back again. The food hits Abuelita’s kitchen for sure! The restrooms are clean and has space along with a baby Changing table so daddy can change baby too ….you won’t be disappointed. Will come again. Prices are fair services awesome….

Came here on a Friday afternoon and had a great experience! The owners came to greet me when I sat down, and told me about how this is the oldest restaurant in Uvalde. I ordered the Q burger (available only on Fridays and Saturdays), and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was super juicy, and really nicely seasoned. Overall great service and great food !

Some of the best Mexican Food we have ever eaten. Enchiladas, Tacos, Rice and Beans are authentic with excellent flavor. The food was served in a timely manner, perfect portion size, sizzling hot, crispy taco shells., soft, tender, cheesy enchiladas,. The serving team and owners are knowledgeable, efficient and a delight to chat with. Restaurant and bathrooms are spotless. Decor is charming Tex-Mex Modern. They offer take and cook at home options, single or party sizes.

The food was awesome! Owners happened to be there when we went, awesome people that are very passionate about how they cook their food! They told us how they refuse to cook food by cutting corners or not making everything by hand! They make amazing nachos (with fresh cheese ) and completely blew me away with their beef enchiladas! Highly recommend if you are going through Uvalde!!

I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious. Our server, Janet, was exceptional! She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant, and if you’re lucky, you may even get to have Janet as your server!

This is the cleanest restaurant I have ever eaten in. It was like it was the first day it was opened. The glass my iced tea came in looked like a brand new glass. The sweet tea was dark and not too sweet. Just right! My fork had a weight to it, not a piece of tin. My order of cheese enchiladas was delicious – a cheese sauce, not a chile sauce – and the refried beans were the best I’ve ever had. Everything is made fresh when you order. This is not fast food. My waitress, Norma, was the best!

The first thing we noticed was the cheerful atmosphere as we entered the dining room. Then the broad selection of dishes to choose from. Everything was as delicious as expected.
