found this place by accident by pulling into the business center in a rush just hoping there was somewhere to eat before i took my grandfather to an appointment. this is the best sandwich i’ve had in reno hands down. my grandfather said the same. they load it up and the ingredients are fresh! a bit pricey but every bit worth it in my opinion. will be a new go to spot of mine!

I came here for my lunch 30 minutes before they were about to close and they were happy to help me. They have a good selection of drinks along with some locally brewed beers. I ordered a Caesar salad and the Romaine was crisp the cheese was fresh and everything was in well proportions. Only thing I would have changed is maybe seasoning the chicken a little bit more. I will definitely have to stop by again to try out the rest of their menu.

Fantastic sandwiches, the Idlewild is my favorite! The ingredients are fresh, the bread is so soft and they are ready in less than 5 minutes. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great sandwich spot in Reno!

The sandwiches here are amazing and the service even better! My husband and I ordered lunch to go from here today and didn’t realize there was a mix-up with our order until we had gotten home. Not only did they correct the order, but someone delivered it to our house in minutes and threw in a free dessert as a bonus!

They use Boars Head deli meats and cheeses, and build sandwiches that are unique, delicious and filling. April, one of the owners, has a sparkling personality and is just a pleasure to chat with. The Urban Deli has become one of my favorite sandwich spots in Reno!
