Please quality check your chicken before plating. The past two times I’ve gotten a salad the chicken has been pink. This evening it was cold and rubbery and inedible along with being undercooked. I work in the area so it’s convenient but am all set after this. Super disappointing. Quality has gone downhill. Something is very amiss here.

I ordered a pizza from this place I was told 20 minutes, I got there, I was told 9 minutes. After waiting about 15 min I asked again. The girl with the bandana on was very rude and told me it hadn’t been that amout of time with a snarky attitude. After the smirk I was told another 5 minutes. The music they play here isn’t the best either, it’s extremely loud to the point you cannot hear anyone. Needless to say the food is alright. If you feel like waiting forever and being lied to about time.

We’ve been going here since they opened. And yes it’s true, the pizza is not what it once was. But it’s still fantastic pizza. I do miss the very fresh ingredients, but the pizza is still excellent and worth the price IMHO.

Ordered half “The Uncommon”, half “Harvard Street Pizza”. Wanted to dine in, yet got a pizza in a box and no plates or utensils. The tomato base felt watery and oily, thus the pizza was soggy. The flavor combination was interesting. Don’t use the bathrooms if you don’t have to. Overall – so much for “upper” crust.

Rude workers who don’t greet. Waited long to get my food and it was the most disgusting looking salad ever .There was about 5 workers and no one told me my food was ready ..I had to go to the counter to ask and it was just sitting there the whole time . They should be ashamed to serve a human something soo disgusting – OLD ,wet soggy ,clumpy globs of green everywhere in the salad – the disrespect

Last time I order from Upper Crust. The pizza either comes burnt or undercooked and twice my delivery has not shown up at my door and I have to call the store for a refund or a new delivery. Sometimes they don’t answer the phone so the new pizza or refund arrives DAYS later. After receiving a pizza crumpled up and completely smashed in the box tonight I won’t be ordering from here again.
