This place was fantastic! Food was delicious, service was excellent and atmosphere was wonderful. We aren’t local, but it was the best place we ate the entire week we were in town. Definitely a must if you’re looking to eat somewhere in Lumberton!

First time to come here and chose to try it out on a date night. Atmosphere was dim lit with music in the background that wasn’t too loud. I ordered the ribeye medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. May be a little pricey but it was well worth it.

I had dinner at the tree tonight, and Peyton was my server. He was super goofy and funny, and enjoyable to talk to. Five stars across the board. Rare is it that you have a server that actually takes interest in learning about you and finding out what your interests are , but also giving really good service.

Found this place the day before I left to work out of town 2 weeks ago and all I been thinking is I can’t wait to get back! The steaks are hand cut and grilled over and open fire pit, so flavorful! And the chicken fried steak was a beast! The flavor the breading was on point! The owners and staff was super cool and friendly! It’s a must try!

This picture does not do the chicken fried streak justice. It was amazing. Excellent purple hull peas as my side. Mom got the grilled veggies that were done to perfection. The complimentary rolls are so good! It is a little pricey but the portion Is HUGE.

The Tree is usually our go to steak place, and after a 12hr shift I deserved one. We sat in the bar and our waiter was ok. He wasn’t friendly but was just ok. He was the same waiter that told us last time, the seats were reserved at the bar. The lady that’s usually in there, every time we come is super friendly and takes care of everything no matter how busy they were. She wasn’t there, but we were still positive that we will have a great time.
