We’re not from the area and needed a place to grab a quick bite. Being that it was Mother’s Day, we knew it may be difficult to find someplace. We’re so glad we went ahead and tried the Toasted Yolk!

We were told to try out this place, and it didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere was great. Everything was neat and clean. The menu had a good variety, and the food came out looking amazing. It was not the greatest in the world, but it was good and worth the price. The staff was very friendly.

Our waitress Bree was very helpful and friendly. I ordered the shrimp and grits (which were so spicy I could only eat a few bites- so beware, they are very cayenne forward) and she offered if I wanted to get something else instead, so I got a piece of French toast, which was delicious. My husband got the fried chicken sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries which was very good also. Excited to go back and try more in the future!

Great brunch spot! Busy. Wait time was appropriate. Service was great. Food was delicious and timely. Only problems were: finding a parking spot and the noise level of the restaurant which made it hard for conversation with a larger group.

The vibe just walking in, even as busy as it was (I’ve got extreme social anxiety and usually can’t eat in crowds) was absolutely lovely. The servers are definitely in the right profession and so are the cooks when our server said the blueberry donuts are to die for, she was not exaggerating what a great experience (and my first ever opening week to visit to anything new )

We had a wonderful experience at The Toasted Yolk today! Tiffany M. Was our server & she went above and beyond! She was patient with our questions & made sure we always had what we needed. We tried the Club & Chicken salad sandwiches, both were amazing! The regular fries are good but I would recommended the sweet potato fries. We will be coming back, again & again!

My wife and I shared a birthday breakfast for her this morning. Walked right in and were seated immediately. Prompt greeting by our server and took our order and got it correct. We both had a very nice breakfast and the food was excellent. I’m glad we went early as the place filled up fast. Very nice remodel of the building. The only downside is the poor choice of music, which is also way too loud to try to carry on a conversation.
