This was our second visit here. It’s located by the Owings Mills subway station in a new strip mall area of restaurants. It is inside of the hotel and the ambiance is very nice and intimate. Both times we visited, it was not crowded. The food asks service were both good (our server was in training and did well). They have different menus to choose from depending upon the time of day. The chickpea burger has no filler, so it will fall apart on you.

Well, what a beautiful evening. Reservations at 730pm. My Waiter was Terry, such a delightful person. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was gorgeous. During dinner, the Manager Andre made sure everything was great. The vibe was vibing. The ambience was on point. Going here is a must!

Came back in town for the next two days to spend with the daughters and launch the boat for the season before heading back out of town. This nonsense here is what the Owings Mills Marriott Tillery Restaurant tried serving me this morning for breakfast. At first the young lady tried telling me breakfast was concluded when I walked in at 10am. Yes, at 10am. I had to request the manager to explain why their breakfast service was over at 10am when I’ve been coming there previously by 10:30 for breakfast service. The manager apologized for the “mistake saying the girl was new”; however, why would you have anyone in the forefront greeting your guests during service if they in fact do not know the service times and who lied to this customer when this was eventually brought to the manager’s attention. I’m very big on accountability and representation, especially whenever I chose to eat out. This place here is getting too hit or miss with there excuses on why their food is going down hill. The breakfast was not exactly what I had ordered in the slightest. Their signature breakfast potatoes were substituted by unseasoned oil soaked hand cut Potatoes with a couple quick onions thrown on top along with overcooked eggs that I had also ordered with cheese that which was also missing. The excuse this time was “Mother’s Day service breakfast items has yet to be replenished. If so, why still advertise what you obviously do not maintain for servicing your customers. Too many excuses during every visit. When on point, the breakfast is fine or it has to be returned for one issue or another. Look at the pictures ie just posted of the breakfast the Tillery just tried serving me before I walked out. What the “.

We arrived at a gorgeous restaurant and emaculate lounge area of the hotel lobby. We were seated within a few minutes of arriving, and our server was kind and got our items that we ordered in reasonable time for us to go see our movie. The food was just average. We order mostly breakfast and I got crab dip with a side of bacon. The eggs were the boxed kind. We did order fruit and never received it and weren’t sure if we were charged for it bc we didn’t get a copy of the receipt. I enjoyed the atmosphere and my company more than anything.

Had the absolute best experience during our week stay. We arrived and my mom had dietary restrictions, she shared with the server who informed the head chef (Chef Kim), who went absolutely above and beyond from there on. Every single meal was stunning in presentation & delicious.

Beautiful location, very modern. Food was just okay and service was slow. Waitress (Aysha) was attentive and kept drinks flowing.

The ambience is awesome and decor is modern. The food was pretty great but I would say the service is mediocre considering the cost of the food. Pastrami and hamburger was really good; warm and juicy. The calamari was kinda cold and it doesn’t seem as fresh as other calamari I’ve had in the past. The service was slow and the place wasn’t really busy at all. Food took long to come out. Server is nice.

If overrated was a restaurant, welcome to The Tillery in Owings Mills, MD. Don’t come starving because it took us 25 minutes to get 1 slice of bread. The Mac n Cheese had no flavor and was DRY! They gave me 1 slice of bread and a mini muffin for $8. The Brussel Sprouts were so dry and burned and black that they flaked apart at the touch. I had to reorder it. And it was still horrible. My daughter ate them though. The Fried cornish hen was repulsive. The gravy was pure salt. The collard greens tasted like wet candy leaf with dry aged Turkey. The steak was decent tbh. But not worth it to come here for the steak. Or anything for that matter. Overpriced and horrific. The only reason they get 1 star is because of the ambience.
