Got take out. The food was good, and the atmosphere inside the establishment while pickup up the food was pleasant and friendly. Customers at the bar (appeared to be regulars) were chatty and amiable. The food, while standard in offering, was done very well and was tasty. Would definitely return if in the area!

Probably the best shepherd’s pie on long Island. Best I’ve found so far, anyway. Hit or miss burger, but a hit is seriously good (a miss is decent enough to enjoy). Good fries, fresh draft beers. Great staff. My favorite local bar.

I’ve been here several times. People are very friendly and I always love their fish. The portions are a good size. The servers are very friendly and attentive. I read one review that said it’s a little pricey but I don’t think that they are any more than the other places in this area. Would recommend to try. Don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

A real pub. Pub feel, good pub food, pub atmosphere. They’re known for their burgers. Fresh meat, hand made patties on an English muffin. Trivia on Thursdays is a blast. One of our go to spots. They make u feel very at home.

Don’t go here when they have a large group. We waited 45 minutes and still no food. When we asked, they said they were sorry but they had a large group.. We waited another 10 min, when asked they said that they hadn’t even started on our order. So we left and went elsewhere. Too bad. Always liked this place.

If you want tasty food, delightful decor, fair prices and great conversation with the locals, Tavern on The Plaza is where you want go. Visiting Locust Valley from Westchester my wife & I recently had dinner here consisting of Seafood Provencal, a burger and several glasses of house cabernet. Not one complaint could be discussed.

The food but good but the waiter was extremely rude and racist. My friend had just ordered a side salad because he was going to dinner later and when he gave his order to the waiter, the waiter called him a jew for ordering so small. When he delivered the order, he had taken breadsticks and arranged a swastika on the salad. I am not sure how they hire people like that but I thought people should know.
