The food at Taco Stop is as fresh as it is delicious. You can tell the entire kitchen crew understands depth of flavor by the way they consistently deliver incredible food. Truly some of the best Mexican I’ve ever had. One of my favorite places in Fort Collins and a MUST HAVE if you’re traveling through. The servers are lovely and friendly, as they are quick. The portions are huge. I’d tell you what my favorites are but everything is amazing, all I can say is to make sure to get the habanero sauce and a margarita or horchata. 10/10 place, don’t miss out on this gem!

Very authentic Mexico City tacos and other delicious Mexican fare. All home made with fresh ingredients and generous. The wait staff was very friendly, competent and knowledgeable. The prices are more than reasonable including generous happy hour selections. This is not a fancy place but comfortable and clean. Best tacos I’ve had in FC. Margaritas are not very good. On Sunday they were watered down and not satisfying to drink.

I came in after a really long day. I worked 12 hours , and also go bad news that had me down all day. I wasn’t planning to dine in but was convinced bc they had special for taco Tuesday lol. My waiter was amazing super sweet, kind and genuine. Don’t think I ever experience customer service like that. He genuinely put a smile on my face I needed that type of energy for the day I had. He turned my day around and I really appreciated that definitely will be coming back again. Hopefully I’ll see him too lol. Plus, food was amazing and dessert after you convinced me lol.

So I’ve been here a few times and each time I’ve had a good experience. We’ve tried the tacos, the sandwich, the burrito, the quest fries, the nachos, and the margaritas. The only item I didn’t like was the burrito (personal opinion on the rice used.)
