Here’s my update… I never met margarita, but she sent two people to prepare food for my brother’s wedding. They showed up and started preparing food. We had two other types of food and their food ran out in the beginning. I ordered refried beans and Spanish rice, she sent regular beans and very little Spanish rice. They said all the leftover food would be left at the end of the time allotted. They left a very small portion of meat and rice and beans. They took all the salsa, chips, tortillas… I wish I would have listened to the previous review. It was really disappointing.

We have used The Taco Lady- Margarita multiple times for company lunch celebrations and have been extremely happy with the service and food we received for the cost. Remember, this is not a fine-dining restaurant you are dealing with so act accordingly instead of complaining you didn’t get 5-star restaurant dining attention- If you are good at explaining what you need and are easy to understand, and follow up prior to your catering date, you should have no issues with your event. Food has always been loved by all guests. Be sure to over estimate your group by at least 5 people, it won’t cost you too much more and you will be sure to have left-overs. Make sure you have a table available when they show up to set up and have them come in 15 min. earlier than anticipated to make sure there are no issues finding your venue. They will show up in a small car and you will wonder how in the world they fit everything in side- don’t be judgmental, wait to see what they provide before you start being viscous about something you would never be able to, or simply don’t want to, pull off. I’ve personally already scheduled another lunch with The Taco Lady!
