Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a bar. Let me preface this review by saying that myself and a group of 7 went into this establishment at 10. We all work in a high volume bar and restaurant, and understand what it’s like to work in a fast pace and busy work environment. What we saw however, was just too much, and deeply unprofessional. We were seated at 10 and didn’t even get a greeting from a server until 11. During that time, we watched the two on duty servers and the manager argue over who was going to serve us, even after we asked to put in drinks three times. We were shooed away. All the while we watched three other large tables get sat, order, and get drinks quickly. After an hour we were “greeted”. In reality he said, what do you guys want and made us order. We then caught him rolling his eyes and mouthing profanities while walking past us. We not only didn’t feel like welcomed guests, but we didn’t even feel like wanted people there. Not even kidding when I say that I will not go back as long as that manager and servers are there. Please consider spending your money elsewhere.

I’ve been here several times and love love love the stuffed olive. The GM is literally the most innovative mixologist I’ve ever seen and he and his other bar/wait staff are always so welcoming. I wanted to share some feedback regarding our most recent experience (last Monday), everything was great except the lady who I think was the assistant manager seemed to aimlessly walk around while her team struggled. I’m almost certain she was intoxicated. Overall pleasant experience from the team perspective but I feel things would have been so much smoother had she directed her efforts towards helping the team rather than walking back and forth from the kitchen to the bar, looking around, and then walking to the kitchen again. This isn’t the first time she’s been visibly intoxicated. She may need to slow down on the product samples in order to help her efficiency. When my wife and our friends would come on Thursdays it is always like that which is why we now come on Tuesdays because we know we’re going to get great service, drinks, and experience. Ryan and Nathan are fantastic and make our date nights very fun and surprisingly educational. I hope the young lady takes this as constructive feedback, but judging by the way days where she is absent are ran, she certainly has a lot of learning to do. Again, we love the stuffed olive and I will say I have gotten the best old fashioned I’ve ever had, even better than the bourbon trail, but you may need to help the assistant manager improve her ability to run a restaurant.

Service was absolutely terrible. We walked in and were ignored for 15 minutes. Multiple members of the staff made eye contact with us, and never said a thing. Eventually seats opened up at the bar. Their bartenders made drinks right in front of us, and yet still refused to make eye contact or acknowledge us. A group behind us had the same problem and also never received service. Don’t think I’ll ever be back.

Just like the name, you have a wide choice of Stuffed Olives for their traditional martinis! I had prosciutto and provolone. An emaculate bar over looking the Pedestrian Mall, perfect for people watching and a great mix of tapas dishes for the group or even if you are dining alone.
