New to the area and have been enjoying trying all the “new to us” places. So far the Stray Dog has been our favorite! Awsome fun outside bar with live music on the weekends. The bartenders here are excellent… shout out to Shane! The food is delicious as well. I recommend their burgers, wings, or brick chicken. You really can’t go wrong with anything here. The inside is nice as well, it’s set up like an old Irish pub with many rooms and dark wood floors and a wood bar. It’s such an injustice that this place has a 3.8 star rating because that is simply just not the case. 5 stars from me!

The Stray Dog Tavern truly impressed me with their amazing chicken! The flavors were delightful, and the chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy. It’s definitely a must-try dish at the tavern! The ambiance and service were also excellent, making it a great overall dining experience. Highly recommended!

First time at location since new name/ownership change, was previously Justin’s Carriage House. Similar cozy atmosphere, great service as usual. Menu is very unique, a gourmet take on classic pub food, everything sounded delicious. Ordered the brisket pizza and swordfish skewer special and both came out great looking and better tasting, made me want to come back and try everything else on the menu. Great for a casual bite, would absolutely reccomended!

Marlene is an amazing bartender. The food is really delicious. Great place to go. The only downfall is parking. Place looks packed because of Skippack, but the restaurant has plenty of seats open. A must try place.

We have been to stray dog a couple times now since the new owner took over the food has been good. They just open an outside patio. That is really nice if you’re looking for a place to relax on a Saturday afternoon they did a very nice job.

The food was good, but the service was terrible!!!! First, the hostess seemed very disorganized and was flustered when we told her we didn’t have a reservation even though they went even close to being packed. Second, the waitress wasn’t very pleasant, and basically seemed irritated that we asked for a split check before we ordered anything. She could literally only handle one thing at a time. She didn’t even take our drink order before she asked what we wanted for dinner. When asking about substituting their parm fries for their regular fries she said that that was the chef’s pet peeve and that he was in a very bad mood tonight. Because of the experience we had tonight we will not be returning.

Really nice place. It used to be Justin’s and we really liked that restaurant so we figured lets try this! I would say the only two downfalls were low staff so we waited a good 10 minutes to get drinks but once our waitress was attentive to us she was on top of her game and she was SO SWEET and just a great waitress! the 2nd downfall was outside was completely full and so we had to sit inside and it’s kind of dark with no tvs or entertainment. Outside is where you want to get a table!!
