Really?! Where’s the onions at or the potato for so much money $$ even the employees like they’re not even happy working there just looking at their faces.

I gave them three chances to get it right. First of all they need to just throw out whatever tomatoes they got! I asked every time i went in for a medium rare burger and got over cooked burnt edges. Fries were ok the first two times but this last and final time they were old and stale and wayyy too much seasoning. I sure wish they would get it together. Prices are great and they are nice but its been too many times. I wouldn’t recommend it anymore.

Making a road trip back home decided to stop in town for some barbecue. Absolutely no waiting. Nobody else was in the restaurant. Very friendly staff a wide assortment on the menu. I had a brisket and sausage plate with beans and fries. Friend of mine had a Patty melt. He said it was very good. My sausage was good beans were good brisket maybe a little dry but not too bad. Barbecue sauce that was in the bottle was not too spicy but not too mild had just enough kick to make it interesting. What I recommend this location? Yes I would be sure to stop in you won’t be disappointed.

Decent selection but was out of several things when i arrived at 4 pm. Turkey was dry, brisket very good. Potato salad blande and beans seamed not cooked all the way through and there was no tea which is something ive never experianced in a bbq place. Very nice staff.

This place is consistent… consistently disappointing!!! Redneck Ruben is a joke 2 thin slices of brisket (dry and chewy) on a”marbled” hogie roll-(not what I got) do yourself a favor when in Brownwood and you want good Barbeque— eat Mexican or go to any other town!!

Terrible, worst brisket on earth. Pic tells the story. Old,dry and reheated in the microwave. I would close before I served this to anyone. Sad thing is, this was the third time in a month I tried it to see if it was a fluke…it’s not….just bad brisket.

Staff was very friendly and seemed like nice people. Had chopped sandwich and it seemed like sloppy joe meat. Had bone chunks in it. This place doesn’t seem like a bbq place. Focus is definitely not on the brisket. Fried okra was very good though.

If you’re absolutely starving and only want “BBQ”, just do without or s- it up and eat this food. I’m not telling you to not eat this place. Now, it’s not horrendous;it’s definitely edible. However, there are too many BBQ places that claim they have authentic BBQ, but in reality, they don’t.
