After coming here many times, finally leaving a review. What a gem the Stewert is–we came on Wednesday for the hamburger special–and my husband said this morning that it might have been the best hamburger he’s ever had. Which should say a lot, because he’s in the Wimpy category of hamburger lovers. Homemade bun, the most savory two beef patties, perfectly done. We started with Rob Roy cocktails, which bar manager Adam made expertly. Phenomenal. And then shared some fried olives and the spring pea risotto. It was a lovely date night. Highly recommend. Kelsey and all the staff are so welcoming, and will help you find the perfect thing to eat or drink.

$190 pp for delicate but tiny bites. Be cautious with what they billed.

Tastes amazing and presentation is beautiful. The service was very attentive and knew all of the best combinations of drinks for my food.

If Bas Rouge is the flag ship of the Prager flotte de cuisine, the Stewart is the cutter. This tight ship on Federal is a bar with additional seating and small tables. The specialities are amazing selections of champagne, scotch (up to a few hundred dollars a dram), and a dozen or so small plates of outstanding quality. Complex, tangy white asparagus soup, savory salmon (alas slightly over cooked), and green pea risotto as delicious and it is lovely. Top choice for me: a lightly poached scallop delicately seared and accompanied by minute vegetables and a dashi broth. Best deserts in town.

The food was great, but the stuff was incredible. Constantly changing out dishes, and was super informative. The waitress made sure to protect against a guest’s allergies and informed the kitchen staff to separate things.

Ah-mazing! Visited when my wife and I were in Easton for my wife’s work. I love scotch, but my wife has never really enjoyed it. Our experience at The Stewart changed that for good. Adam and Debra were fantastic guides and helped my wife navigate the various styles from Speyside to Islay, and they also recommended a nice selection of small plates from the kitchen. Everything was delicious (participate the scallop in fashion and the heirloom tomato grilled cheese), and the timing of the plates was perfect. We had a very leisurely 3-hour tasting of scotch and victuals that was amped up by the cozy drawing room atmosphere. We really felt at home. Needless to say, there was an impressive range of single malt scotches, from a basic Glenfiddich to a very old and rare Macallan. I had a heavily peated Bruichladdich that was sublime. We are most definitely coming back!

Most wonderful place. The 2 here are experts at their craft. Came for the scotch and it was unbelievable how quickly they understood my tastes and have perfect selections. Talked my wife into having champagne which when I tasted…wow one of the most amazing tasting things I’ve ever had. Period. For booze nerds this place is a must.
