The steaks were perfectly cooked and generous. The beef had good flavor.

It’s best to get here around 7 to 8 PM to have a seat in the dining room. They might send you to the bar for orders in house or to go. Delivery is unavailable at this time. It depends if they’re busy or not. This was edited on Mother’s Day. 2023 I am also updating the pictures as well. mom says “They have a full bar. she likes the Woodridge white symphondale and the lamb is Delicious With the ment sauce. They also have homemade salad dressing.”

They sat our large party of 13 very quickly and split up the checks very nicely. The service was very friendly. The food was pretty good and prepared very quickly. We had a few drinks and they were also well prepared. I would recommend this spot.

Great atmosphere and we enjoyed the food, this is a western themed restaurant with live music, you will definitely need reservations, I used red door and showed up a little early and was not able to get seated in the main lounge area with the music but we sat in the bar area and was served right away, our food came fast and we still enjoyed the music and atmosphere. Make reservations tho.

Great food and music. Had a great time with the family. The Filet Minion was really tender and the drink that the waitress recommended. I believe it was a Mandela Sour. Very good.

Lovely evening out for the two of us. We both had steak, and they were cooked to perfection. The fried mushrooms appetizer was very good. Live music that night was great to listen to while we ate in the back room.

I took my parents out to celebrate their wedding anniversary last night. The disappointment in the experience is staggering. Our server really could use a little bit of help on being personable, attentive, and just friendly. She definitely was not worth the 18% “large party” gratuity she received. The food was also sub-par. The lamb chops were good, my steak was overcooked. I ordered medium-rare, and was lucky if any part of my steak was medium. The one menu item my parents wanted wasn’t available last night, as they only sell it on specific days. Unfortunately, that information isn’t readily available on the website, which makes it hard to plan things. I know the Steak Out is revered in Sonoita and southern Arizona, but it needs to rethink its approach and position as a destination restaurant. I won’t be going back. There are better options in southern Arizona, and for less money.

Pleasantly surprised. The place need a cleaning especially the taxidermy everywhere cover in cob webs and cracking. Did not have high hopes from the 1st impression. Waitress came to the table to get drink orders and couldn’t seem to wait 2 minutes to actually take the order and walked away while asking a question. Once order was taken though the food was quick, good proportion for price. Steak still blue when came to the table but better under than over. Will try again if around.

Very large space with 2 private party rooms. Regular dining area is huge too. Plenty of parking also. Food is great and service is fast. A little pricey but well worth it. I’d definitely dine there again!
