Not the quality of Longhorn, but nearly up there and the best in the area. The salad bar is excellent with more choices than most. Our steaks (5 oz. sirloins) were very good but my guest ordered hers medium rare but it didn’t have any pink in it. Her baked potato was big and very good. My steak fries were average but no complaints and our sweet tea was excellent! The service was great, they continually made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend The Steakhouse and will go back myself.

There employee we encountered had that ” I hate being here” along with the attitude. I did not see NOT one smile. I asked for grilled vegetables, which is one suggested by the person taking our order at the counter. In the picture there ,that is what I got Banana peppers, vinegar full peppers. Did not go good with the steak.

It’s hard to rate this one. On one hand service was good and prices weren’t bad. On the other hand food was okay. Asked for our steaks medium and got them medium well. They still had good taste although a bit salty. The salad bar was okay both in flavor and appearance. They kept coming by and cleaning any messes. In all it was an okay experience. I’d rate it 3.5 stars, but since I can’t, I’ll round up instead of down considering the options were limited in that area.

Usually a really good spot to eat in the Belfry area, but they have really gone downhill from my last review. I’ve been 3 different times with my wife since my kast 5 star review. One of the occasions was with a large group. Our food progressively got worse with each time that passed. The last time we went, people who ordered well after we did were getting their food first, and waitresses were openly complaining loud enough for my wife and I and others around to hear, about the tables that were leaving small tips or no tips at all. One girl complained about only receiving a $10 tip for a table of 4. Our order was wrong then when it came back, the meat was disgusting and mainly just fat, so we sent it back again and waited around 2-25 more minutes for out food to still not show so we just left. I used to love this place, but it’s going to be a very long time before I go back, if I do ever go back. The owner did take care of our bill and was very apologetic, but it’s just not enough for me to try it again.

A little pricey for the buffet selection. Chicken taste like it was rolled in flour with no seasoning and fried. Salisbury steak, couldn’t even eat it. Definitely should’ve looked at the reviews before coming here.

Waitstaff was friendly and they had a nice salad bar. As others have commented the steak was just ok, not sure if they were steamed or what or why they ask how you want it prepared because there is no way they would be able to prepare them any other way but well. The steak was tender though.

It was awful. I asked for a steak very well done and when they brought it to me, you could see the blood on the plate. I took it to one of the waitress asked if they could put it back on grill to get it very well done. Well, it came back again still blood in the middle. The cashier asked how was my meal and I said awful. Paid and walked out not to be back.

Can’t compare to Texas road house in Pikeville. Steak not good, only one side. Price about the same, probably worth the drive to Pikeville instead.
