We went on a Sunday morning around 10am, it was pretty packed but we did manage to find a table upstairs. It’s a seat yourself restaurant so you order your food then find somewhere to sit. We both got the buffet but the restaurant was so

This place was very busy and chaotic. It was very loud & we didn’t hear them call our order number. Rather than just bringing it to us, they just let it sit. Luckily, my husband went to check on it after waiting a more than reasonable amount of time. I thought it was pricey for what we got

Very fresh and delicious eggs Benedict! Loved the atmosphere and was fun walking around the town square and seeing the shops. Will definitely be back to this fun and relaxing small town and will try more of the breakfast options!

We were in the area for the wine walk event and this is our go to breakfast spot!! Awesome food with great customer service and fabulous location! This is worth stopping any time they are open! The avocado toast is my favorite!

Had breakfast on Memorial Day, it wasn’t too packed & they looked to be keeping up nicely. It was good & the blueberry pancakes were a nice touch. I was a bit disappointed the pancakes weren’t bigger but in all honesty, I was full with everything on my plate. Nextime I wanna try the pineapple pancakes!! oh & the scones were decent.

We had breakfast at The Square Café and were stunned. First off, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Once called Nutshell Eatery and Bakery, the change in ownership didn’t change the decor by much but with the name change came with doubling in prices. The pricing matches large city prices. My Classic Eggs Benedict was $13.99 while my husband’s Brisket Eggs Benedict was $17.99. A couple years back, a breakfast for 3 was about $25 so this was a shock.

Came in for breakfast, waited almost an hour for our meal, but it didn’t look like we were the only ones waiting a long time! I order an omelet with tomatoes onions, mushrooms and cheese. Paid extra for mushroom which I found maybe 3 little pieces, very little cheese and onions, but plenty of tomatoes. Not happy about the small amount of ingredients, after such a long wait I expect more. My husband just had eggs. Coffee was help yourself, so you could have as much as you want. This was our first visit to this place, not sure if I will want to wait that long for a meal again.

This is the place you want to go for a great breakfast! We had a party of seven and we all enjoyed our time together visiting and eating at The Square Cafe. I highly recommend the French toast. It was superb! We will definitely be back!

They did a nice little brunch with a few options. Each plate was 14.99 . I had the lemon blueberry pancakes and my wife had the monte Cristo. We got free mimosas and they had little baskets of pastries that were free to the customers. The staff was very friendly. We would go back again for something like this. Reasonable prices and good atmosphere. The music coming from the kitchen was good to hear too. Next time we come we will be trying their other menu options. Definitely the breakfast place to go to in Granbury.
