We recently relocated to Bradenton/Cortez and this was our 1st visit to The Spot Tacos after seeking out area Taquerias worth trying as my partner J-Lo loves good Mexican food AND The Spot did not disappoint.

Gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by this unusually located taco place. I was skeptical at first, but it’s actually a cute place inside. Everything seemed clean and bright. Menu seemed straightforward. But the best part is the food is delicious! I definitely enjoyed the California burrito that I ordered, while the rest of my party enjoyed their burritos and tacos as well. Sauce(s) are spicy for sure, but flavorful. We have found our new go-to taco place, and have already been back several times. Highly recommended!

Location a bit strange for lack of better description. Service and people there are really nice. Really enjoyed the birra tacos. The tamarind juice hit the spot. Friends had horchatia and they were not a fan. Definitely give give this place a try!

Do not let the outside scare you off! This place is amazing. Delicious birria tacos! Great prices and the people were friendly. The green sauce is so good but be careful, it’s hot! Very nice and spacious inside. Will be back for more!

This is one of the best places in Bradenton for great Tacos. And the best part about it is they do Taco Thursday!! Woot! Woot! The Birria Tacos are amazing. Laura and her staff do a super awesome job and provide the best customer service. Highly recommend!!

Confused by all the amazing reviews…. They need to work on their customer service skills! The food is okay, not bad but also not fantastic. Good presentation but low quality. I would not drive out of my way to eat here.

My family stopped in here on our way to the Tampa airport. Food was amazing. We had tacos – chicken, carnitas, and steak, a carnitas burrito, chips and guacamole. Everything was fresh, authentic and delicious! The restaurant is clean with bright , fun decor. Service was quick and easy. We actually added guacamole and chips after our food came out and the cashier that took our order was nice enough to expedite the order so we could eat all our food together. The owner of the restaurant also came over to our table to say hello. She was super friendly and welcoming and even brought us some free churros for dessert.
