The Spoon has become a great place for me to meet a friend for brunch. The food is good, and the location makes it conveniently accessible to those traveling by on route 495. At The Spoon it starts with the staff, they are nice, witty, fun and happy to help you narrow down to a stellar menu choice. The seating is comfortable and clean both inside and outside, if it’s nice out, take advantage of the outdoor seating. The menu offers the ability to indulge healthily. My first visit I enjoyed the Resilience Scramble which provided the satisfaction of a delicious and healthy meal. If you don’t mind splurging in calories there are plenty of options like the Mac Benny which will fill you up without leaving you stuffed. A gem of a breakfast place, if you’re traveling in and around Hopkinton, it’s worth popping in to enjoy a bite to eat.

Got there around 10 on a Saturday morning. Kind of quite inside. Was promptly brought coffee. Placed my order, took about 10 minutes and I had a wonderful, relatively inexpensive breakfast. 2 eggs, bacon, home fries, toast, and coffee less than $14. Everything was great. Service was awesome. I will be back. Oh ya, when I left there, was a line out the door. And it was-10 degrees out. Must be worth the wait.

Good local spot. On a Tuesday morning we sat outside on the patio and had friendly, useful service. Food was good, portions were good and they had some creative breakfast choices besides the usual fare. Our table went from oatmeal, to pancakes, to a yogurt parfait to a scrambler and home fries- all were delicious. Would definitely recommend.

This place was a great find! Mom and I stopped for a bite on the way west. The Resilience scrambler was literally perfect. Scooped onto my English muffin? Delicious! Good, strong coffee, fast service. I’ll definitely be back.

A great breakfast place with a varied menu and delicious food. The pancakes are light and fluffy and the omelettes have generous fillings. Weekends can get busy but the waits are reasonable and they work to move people quickly with fast and friendly service. A great place for families. Warm seasons the have a patio outdoors with additional seating.

The food taste better under the pergola. Great atmosphere outside. Very reasonably priced menu with a few unique breakfast dishes.

Fun breakfast place that also does dinner on Friday nights (only Friday nights). It’s a true diner so it was very casual inside. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the food was great along with being very affordable (I think only 1 entree was over $15). Overall a good spot if you’re in the area. They also have an ice cream place next door that is affiliated to the restaurant.

Good breakfast options for lunch, including a gluten free waffle (be prepared to wait a bit for it, though). Less pricey than other nearby places to eat. Friendly staff. Pretty quick in and out for a lunch hour. Can get busy at peak hours, but unless going right at lunch rush, it’s not bad to get a table. Good place for a small group, but also has counter seating (good for one or two).
