Before you read this please understand we are always looking for a good taco. To the point at our wedding we are having taco catering. Overall the food was not bad. We ordered a little of everything to try our what we may like. Although everything we ordered was with birria meat since it’s our favorite. We got tacos, nachos, a rice bowl, and chips and queso. We live about 5 minutes from the location thwy we’re at and my fiance had went to pick the food up. The overall flavor of the meat was pretty good just the right amount of heat however it was quite greasy. The nachos were ok but in the 5 minutes it took to get home the chips were either soggy or stale (ask for them on the side if your not eating there). The rice bowl was actually the best item we ate that with chips and used the queso for extra queso as we love cheese. The queso itself had a good flavor could use a little more spice to it. The only thing neither of us really cared for was the salsa seemed a little watered down. Although a nice tomatillo sauce would also be a good option and is fairly easy to make. None of the things we did not like will not deter us from going back..

The person taking orders at the first window is friendly, the second not so much! Cheese was left off of my “cheese rice”, & she was actin like I was asking for extra. No apology or nothing! Now to the food, definitely could use more flavor. We were extremely disappointed after hearing rave reviews!

Absolutely delicious I have been trying to get here for so long I decided today I’m not missing them. When I tell you it was worth the wait. I haven’t had tacos that good in years. A plus is I did an online order,and it was ready right at the time they said it’d be. If you haven’t tried them please do it’s so worth it .

I would like to first say that the front of the food truck was not inviting. I ordered the Birria taco meal, two tacos choose of cheese rice or fries and a drink, $15. I had to get cheese rice for my side because they were out of fries. It took about 15 minutes to make. The best thing about the food was the moist beef, THAT’S IT! The Birria sauce trash, no flavor nor seasoning and I could tell that the rice was cooked in that same flavorless sauce. The sauce had a weird taste, no salt/seasoning, with tons of oil floating on the top. The meat itself same. I do not see what all the hype is about. I suggest going somewhere authentic to get the true experience.

The rice was good, not overly salty. The quesadilla was like a Grilled cheese on a tortilla, very little Meat in it. The consome tasted like it was made, or extended, with bouillon.

The food truck is one you should visit whenever they are in your town. They make tacos, quesadillias and other items that may be to your liking. However, the price is a bit much for 1 tacos and sides. We were pleased by the way everything tasted and the friendly customer service. I recommend.

I show up place an order and pay. After standing outside 30 minutes waiting I get paged and told they sold out. But the online and call in orders were rolling out. I’ve waited for a day off to come try this. What a waste of my time. Horrible business!
