We shared the CLUCKIN’ GOOD SANDWICH, the Baja Banana Blossom Tacos on Corn Tortillas and a lemonade~ everything was absolutely delicious! I cannot believe how flavorful, the banana tacos were. They were just like having a cod or shrimp fish taco, but added sweetness.

This place is amazing! Went to Asheville for a work trip and found this gem. Went two different times, 1st with a few other co-workers who are not vegan but loved their food and 2nd time alone to try most of the menu. Between both times I got the Town Gyro, Buffalo Cauliflower wrap, A.B.L.T, BBQ Jackfruit sandwich, Buffalo Cauliflower bites, fried brussles, chocolate chip cookie and the sparkling berry lemonade. It was ALL amazing. I’m from Wisconsin where we don’t have many, if any, vegan option when going out to eat so this place really had me hooked.

best vegan casual I have ever had. Always a smiling face behind the window and the wait is never long. Only item not my fav are the fries as I like mine crunchy, and the delicious onion sauce they put on them makes them a bit soft. try them you will like them.

Just got food from the truck for the first time today and it was amazing! Brussels sprouts were the best I’ve ever had – somehow juicy and crispy at the same time. Got the Nachos Nachos Nachos on fries instead of chips and it was everything my lil vegan heart desired such big portions that it will feed me at least two more times as leftovers. Don’t sleep on the smokin onion yall.

We got the seitan tacos (their special for taco Tuesday), mushroom bites, and smash burger with Brussels sprouts. All very good and had immense taste! Would definitely eat here again if we found the food truck again!!!
