Last week I brought a geological field trip through on the way to see earthquake fault scarps and explosion craters. We got takeout lunches for 14, and everyone enjoyed them even though we didn’t stop for lunch until two hours later. Just one suggestion- call an hour or so before you want to pick up the takeout.

Stopped for lunch wanting something fresh. Delicious sandwiches and salads. Cute spot in what used to be a house. No cheap but very good so worth the cost. Waitress should have refilled our iced teas before we were done with our food. Noisy but it’s a big square space and they do have acoustic tiles.

It was recommended by many to go here for lunch and it did not disappoint. I have found the perfect Monte Cristo sandwich. The bread was perfect usually most places with make it to crispy but this was perfection. The jam that came with it elevated it to the next level. This was a perfect lunch. The only thing I can say is that they need more parking because it was packed but I understand why after that. It was fantastic!!

Always interesting, I rarely go there to eat as I find it a tad loud for myself, the Thursday Lamb burgers are spectacular and getting them togo works well for me. The place is a big hit with the local military folks as well…. The soup in the photo is ham and white bean, on a winter day what more could you ask for….

Food is amazing. The staff is even better. Dad and I enjoyed lunch at the Slanted Porch today. Best Ruben ever!!! Brea greeted us at the the door and help get my 80 year old Dad up the the stairs and to a table. Brea is a gem. She and the rest of the staff were so kind and welcoming. Made my dads day!!!!

A++ experience. Excellent service and food that went above and beyond my expectations. I ordered a turkey sandwich that contained avocado and havarti cheese among other delicious ingredients, on a Dutch crunch roll. Sandwich melted in my mouth! I chose clam chowder as my side, (the soup of the day) and it was delectable as well! Staff was all smiley, friendly and eager to please. I will definitely be back to this hidden gem.

Great little eatery in Fallon, Nevada. Service was great, food is really fresh! We went at lunch time. It was busy, but everyone was accomodating. We parked on the street, but it was an easy walk to the restaurant. Would definitely eat there again. Seating was a little tight, but not bothersome.
