We had a great time at The Skillet. The server was nice and helpful. The Chai Latte was the best I have had in the area. The burger was very tasty, one of the best I had. The skillets plate were also very good. We love everything about this place. The food taste very good and the ingredient feel fresh. They get very busy on the weekend so be ready to have a wait of 15 min or so. Will be coming back

This place was a pleasant surprise. We officially had planned to stop at a different brunch restaurant a good 15 min away but were very disappointed with the look and feel of the other place. That’s how we stumbled upon this hidden gem. The wait time was bad, a good 50 minutes, but that was primarily our fault given we chose peak hours on a busy day. The food was most certainly worth the wait though.

A delicious breakfast place. It gets very crowded, so I suggest going as early as possible. Because it gets so crowded, it’s get pretty loud. But other than that, the place is very clean, the food is delicious, and I love the coffee flights! You can get them decaf and with alternative milks too. We got the orange ricotta pancakes and Greek omelette it was delicious, though the omelette was a little salty. The pancakes themselves tasted plain like plain pancakes with toppings, but the toppings were so sweet it definitely worked! Would go back.

I loved everything about this place! The location, the staff, the decor, it was comfy, not to mention the food was amazing! I’m always looking for healthy brunch options. What I picked didn’t disappoint. I had the Mediterranean bowl. It was soooo good and tasty. I usually have to add salt to my dishes. For this one it wasn’t necessary. Also, when you ask for healthier options at a restaurant it’s hard to make it taste that good. You’re usually the one with the boring plate. Not here! My taste buds were dancing all over the place. I enjoyed every bite! I’m not sure what they put in that dish but don’t ever change the recipe.

We drove from Staten Island to try this place simply because of the coffee flight. The parking is a typical NJ shopping center with plenty of spots. When you first walk in you notice how clean the entire place is. The coffee flight was great, but very sweet! It’s plenty for 2 people to share. As for the rest of the food, everything else also was huge! Which is fantastic. We really did enjoy it. Whatever pancake batter you guys use, keep using it. The service was great considering how many people were working and how many guests were there. I will definitely be back and recommend this to friends.

Amazing breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. They have a huge variety of coffees and lattes. Solid choices if you’re in the mood for Breakfast or Lunch. Portions are good, food tasted great and prices are average nothing too expensive. Service was great staff was friendly and attentive. Just be aware that it’s a small place and it does get very busy. I recommend going during a week day.

Well what can I say! We were greeted immediately and seated. I loved the mirrored walls that were clean and no finger prints or smudges. Our food arrived and was very appealing. The orange lemon ricotta pancakes were light and flavored. The skillet light with sweet potatoes and egg whites absolutely Delicious for a light dish! We’ve been back to try the cannoli pancakes and another skillet! What can I say, ” EXCELLENT!” Thank you, Nina & Leslie and all the staff. If you use your charge card there is a surcharge.

I can not rave enough about this restaurant! Food is amazing, staff was fantastic! The outdoor atmosphere made you feel like you were at a small Cafe in the city. We can’t wait to go back and try new items on the menu.
