Easter Toes
We found this place while visiting the Sultana Bar. We had already eaten, but the food smelled so good, we came back the following night and had the most wonderful baby back ribs. They were delicious, and that is from someone who doesn’t like ribs, beef or pork. We enjoyed them so much we came back Easter afternoon and got an order to take back to Phoenix with us for our dog sitter. Even with the travel time, he also agreed that they were delicious. Kevin is a master rib chef and his wife, Kathi is a sweetheart. We have plans to be in Flagstaff several times this summer and will be making the trip to Williams for The Singing Pig’s ribs. P.S. Kevin we loved the Easter beard!!

This is a great place. Not fancy, it is more your hole in the wall BBQ type place. A lot of places serve ribs that are overdone and dried out, but not here! These are lovingly smoked to juicy, falling off the bone tenderness and covered in a unique and flavorful sauce. And the folks are friendly and conversational, not the kind to rush you in & out. The service was amazing and the food was even better. The ribs fell off the bone and the barbeque pork sandwich was the best I’ve ever tasted. We ate in the bar to watch Sunday football and there was lots to keep the kids busy and entertained.

Good food. We went thru the restaurant into the bar so we could have beer with dinner . Was lively on a sat night. Had the bbq chicken with fries. Good portion size. the gave a extra hot BBQ you can order as well.

I can’t express enough how sad I am that this place closed. The owners were wonderful people. Sometimes we would go twice in one day.. thats how great this place was. Kevin was like an executive chef with those pulled pork sandwiches…. layering the flavors: horseradish, pork bbq, sweet/tangy cole slaw and salty fries. PILED HIGH!
