I love The Simple Greek. The food is always fresh and delicious. I love the lamb. I hate that they don’t serve brown rice anymore. They need to bring it back. I don’t eat white or yellow rice. Other than that. I love it.

Wow! We feel lucky to have found this place! We were traveling north to Birmingham and thought we’d be getting hungry in a couple of hours, about the time we’d reach Montgomery. I found The Simple Greek and placed an online order to be ready at 7:15. When we walked into the (very clean) restaurant at 7:10, our order was being freshly made.

Our very first visit to this restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. Delle helped us by explaining how to order. She took her time to tell us what each ingredient was that we could choose from. Delle even suggested the Tzatziki sauce would be best for what I picked. It was the bomb!!! I loved it. She checked on us a few times throughout our meal and asked if we needed anything. It was a pleasant experience. The other employees were friendly as well. We will most definitely be back. Thank you, Delle!

We stopped here during a road trip as an alternative to fast food. It was just okay. I felt nickeled and dimed on the tiny scoops used for the bowl. Not a generous portion. Shouldn’t have to pay $4 extra for another tiny scoop of chicken. Would not choose again.

Both types of chicken weren’t super flavorful. Costs an extra $4 for extra protein options including lentils (the scoops are tiny to begin with). Options for toppings were good but also small in quantity. Sauces limited to just 2. I’d say the portions were overly stingy but I don’t blame the workers (they’re nice)—probably just the business model. Way too expensive for what you get.

Food was inedible. Fries are nearly raw and gyro is hard, dry and overcooked. I also didn’t receive white sauce that I ordered and paid additional for. Very disappointing experience.
