Food definitely has gone downhill. Mac and cheese so watery. Pulled pork dry and cool. Buffalo Chicken salad was a bowl of iceberg,4 grape tomatoes and 3 chicken tenders. Cost 14.99. Sad. Service very good.

While out shopping for Christmas, my wife and I stopped by for lunch. I had the bacon cheeseburger, and my wife had the smoked turkey sandwich. This restaurant is located in a 100+ year old house, which has a very rustic charm.

Our party of five visited Pallazzo and we were quite disappointed. Waitress seemed as if she needed a bit more experience providing table services. The meal came timely however the meals were of average quality and blah in taste. My main point to share is the cost of entrees, wow! Very costly for what we experienced.
