Good burgers, great French fries. Skinny burgers, but so wide they wrap around the bottom bun almost, which makes it different. Quick service, and they have a special sauce, which is okay, though next time I’ll just use ketchup and mayo. Homemade pickles available at the condiments area, they are tasty (sweet). We’ll be back for sure.

First time ever and LAST! I would give this a 0 if I could. There is not one thing good I can say, which I hate. Burger was cold, paper thin (wheres the beef) very little lettuce bun full of grease then the fries, ok I get the skins fine but, skins with a whole lotta bad spots not to mention the biggest they were so full of grease you could wring them out they stacked the two frie trays on top of eachother, I had to just about pry them apart then had to pull all the stuck ones off the bottom of the other carton, all our napkins full of grease the tray the fries were in greasey. It looked and tasted like they just pulled it out of the trash and served it, I never bash this bad even my husband said it was the most nasty burger and fries he ever had. VERY disappointed. I will be calling tomorrow to get my money back. Gross!!

The burgers are delicious and the fries are tasty. They put nacho cheese on the cheese fries so it has a little something extra. We always load up on the homemade pickles. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The dining room and condiment area are always clean. You can see into the kitchen and it looks like they take care cleaning there too.

The burgers are fresh hand shaped and cooked to order. The fries are from fresh potatoes and are delicious! Shakes are pricey at $5.75 but are good. Love the homemade pickles. Restaurant always seems to be on the chilly side no matter what time of year I go. Staff has always been welcoming.

Never heard of the Sear Shack before. Being a new restaurant in this area I was surprised that it was so empty at 12:45 in the afternoon. The menu is small and I like that. Essential sauces and seasonings were available by the drink machine. I like that. The burger was excellent. Fresh and hot made to order, so we’re the loaded fries. The burger patties kinda remind you of a Steak n Shake or Freddy’s patty. Crispy around the edges. Great bun also. The prices are a little high though. I observed two different customers walk in, look at the menu and walk out. I paid almost $16 for double burger, loaded fries, and a drink. About $5 more than I was expecting to pay. Think they are trying to compete with Five Guys and they have them beat by a mile but they are going to price themselves out of business. Anyway go check them out, you will not be disappointed with the food.

The fries & burgers were both so good! Wish I had tried a (Nutella) milkshake, they looked amazing, but I was so full from the giant burger! Sear-sauce was very good. Definitely added more flavor to the burger. Service was very fast and a clean environment. I will definitely be going back soon!

The bacon cheeseburger had a good flavor and was just enough food. I really prefer thicker a burger patty and these are made very thin. However, they were prepared fresh when I ordered and I received it quickly. The fries were also prepared fresh and had just the right amount of seasoning. I also sampled the homemade pickles they were serving at the condiment bar. Very good! I’ll be back with my family.

I always go here for a really good burger. Yes, the prices may be a little high, but it is totally worth it for the amazing taste it of the burgers. I always just get the cheeseburger. The condiments like ketchup, mayo, mustard, pickles, etc are on the side. I highly recommended The Sear Shack because the burgers are amazing and the service is quick and nice.

First time in after months driving by telling myself I got to check it out. What a dummy I have been. They have the best burgers in Memphis. I ordered the Angus double bacon cheeseburger with everything. That was amazing. The only other burger that good and maybe better if I let my ego get in the way are the ones I make.

Hi there Jess here!! I was craving a GOOD burger and didn’t want the run of the mill fast food burger. This place has amazing burgers!! Wonderfully seasoned and grilled just right!! It’s a little pricey but you definitely get your money worth! They also have shakes so if you’re in the mood for a five dollar shake try them out! I like the vanilla!
