Very friendly and accommodating staff, delicious food and cocktails. Homemade cheesecake! Homemade clam chowder is a MUST try. Super juicy burger is one of the best we’ve had.

I was very disappointed in my experience at this bar last night. My boyfriend and I arrived around 9 or 9:30pm after finishing dinner at a nearby restaurant. We came into the bar and proceeded to order beers, but the bartender seemed to immediately have an issue with my boyfriend, despite us displaying no visible signs of intoxication. He claimed that my boyfriend had “stumbled in,” when we simply walked through the door. He asked where we had come from, and I said dinner, and he asked how many drinks my boyfriend had. I said “1 with dinner,” And the bartender scoffed, stating that he didn’t believe us and that he’d been “doing this a while” (which seemed difficult to believe as he looked all but 20 years old). When my boyfriend looked annoyed, he said in an aggressive tone, “I’m just looking out for you pal,” And then, even though a moment before seemed as though he was going to serve us, in an apparent display of power, since we dared to say that he was mistaken, he declared that he could not serve my boyfriend. So we left, without argument. Let me tell you, I’ve been a server before and I know the signs that you’re supposed to look for when cutting someone off at the bar. Well, the bar manager might want to have this bartender retake his TIPS certification course, because my boyfriend showed NONE of those signs. He literally just walked in and calmly ordered a beer, and the bartender decided to exercise his power just because he could. It’s really too bad, because I liked this bar before, but now I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Great atmosphere & service, really enjoyed our meal here. The chilli and the chicken wings were especially good. Carrot cake was excellent. We’ll be back!

It is not updated on Google but has been done over by new owner. Place used to be called Reds now the Seal pub. Owner is friendly takes pride in his restaurant service is great very personable all around nice guy. Had southwest salad very tasty portions huge. But the menu was very small not sure if it’s cause the covid. Not sure but enjoyed it there. Would go again if in area. the salad look better before I started to pick at it. Lol

The Seal is more bar than restaurant. Menu is limited but what they have is very good. Sliders , fish and chips, salads are the bulk of the offerings.

Great atmosphere, recommend espresso martini, French onion soup, blackened chicken salad, pizzas and in the am egg sandwiches, baked goods and lattes! Great addition to the town center!

Stopped in for drinks with our dog in tow. Seating on the patio was perfect. Staff is very friendly and attentive with us and our dog. Highly recommend!

We stopped here via the Rail Trail – desperate for food and drink. We had a bagel with cream cheese (giant bagel, totally fine); a brownie (decent); a latte (ok) and a chocolate milk (not great. We asked for extra chocolate but didn’t seem to be very chocolaty at all.) I will say, however, the sandwich plates looked great. Wish we would have ordered the fries. They looked delicious!
