We are a Potlatch Idaho based food truck with a feel of home when you bite into our homemade hand pies, sink your teeth into our gourmet hand-pressed burgers, and dip our fresh cut fries into our special fry sauce! If that’s not enough to tame the hunger, add a side of homemade soup with fresh ingredients, and top it all off with a sweet, freshly made dessert hand pie!
In the winter, we have added heat to keep you warm. In the spring and summer we encourage you to hang out, and play one of the family friendly games we have, and just enjoy the outdoors together!
Look for us at special events in Moscow that we will occasionally attend.

Great spot for a quick bite, ordered burgers to go for a family of 5 and the friendly staff had it ready to go in under 10 minutes! Meat was seasoned well and tasted quality. Prices were very reasonable and the hand pies were AMAZING! Hoping to try the breakfast menu.

Oh My, that was a GOOD! Got the SAVORY BREAKFAST, and it was nice and BIG (exactly my style!), and tasty, and sure seem to be made with REAL food! So awesome! I will definitely be coming back here any time I have an excuse! PS also, I met the owner, she’s a really nice lady! She made mine without the tortilla so I could avoid gluten!
