I was able to thoroughly enjoy The Saucy Pig mobile services today. A client hired them to serve a Christmas luncheon. I believe it was my top 3 or better I have ever had. I had the Brisket and Ribs. Potato salad was also awesome!!!

These guys steal photos of Texas BBQ joints who are putting out amazing bbq and try to pass them off as their own. That tells me Saucy Pig sucks at making bbq. And there is nothing worse than a thief in my book.

Had the sausage and pork. The sausage was good, but the pork was the best I have had. Beautiful smoke, tender but not mushy, great flavor with out killing your pallet with brown sugar or salt. They really let the meat and smoke talk to you. I highly recommend giving them a try.
