Great stop on the way back from Los Angeles to Phoenix. Lots of parking. Indoor seating and out doors. Very clean and plenty of seating. Easy menu and well priced. Service was great. Golf bar oriented. Food is great lots on your plate. Lots of tv’s and pool table. Kind of dark inside. Great large bar. Highly recommend.

We have been here a couple of times and enjoyed our food and drinks. This time was VERY different. We ordered something super simple from the bar- crown/coke and ranch water. Neither was up to par and actually needed to be remade. Not even sure what was mixed in for the Ranch water and the crown/coke was super strong. Then tried a basic margarita and a Cadillac margarita- very disappointed and to the point where we didn’t want to drink them. Then when we spoke up about it, we were told “we cant really take it back and there would be no refund on an already made drink”. So doesn’t matter what u ordered- have to drink it and pay. They do not comp or try to fix anything. Not exactly sure where the bartender came from or where he received his experience but wow, the drinks were pretty bad. The ranch water had tequila & reg water. When I advised it was to have soda water and Cointreau, it was remade with tequila and 7-up. The Cadillac marg didn’t even have the extra shot of Orange liqueur on the side and was $15 of a wasted drink. Food was great as always but drinks… not so much.

We celebrated our anniversary by having a lunch at the Sandtrap. The zucchini sticks were so good, we really enjoyed them as a starter. My husband was impressed by the fish wrap served with a wonderful cole slaw. Oh, and the garlic fries, garlic lovers choice. My pastrami burger and crispy fries were delicious. I highly recommend these items.
