Stopped in for Breakfast on our wine country vacation. Service was great, timely, and friendly. The atmosphere really tied everything together. It really felt like walking into a home after being Fixed up by Chip and Jo from HGTV.

My husband and I have stayed at the attached b&b on two separate occasions. Our breakfast was included with our stay each time. The two women working were the absolute sweetest, and the food is amazing! I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed

I was the first person to arrive out of a party of six. Stopped in for brunch at about 11 am. When I got there I asked to be seated and said the others were right behind me. They had two tables next to each other. I asked if the tables could be put together, and I was told no. I said we would be happy to sit on the deck if we could put those tables together, there again I was told no. After having ridden 35 miles, I really wasn’t up for an argument. So me and my friends had to sit three at a table. I don’t think they were too happy having cyclist come in, more than one of us said later that we felt like we were given looks. Food was fine, but it took a long time. Honestly what bothered me the most was when we were leaving a lady came in with her service dog she was denied service. Legally this cannot be done, and the establishment could be sued. The Woman was in tears. So because of not being accommodating and putting two tables together for me and my friends and then witnessing how the woman was treated with her service dog, we will not be returning. Customer service was definitely not their first priority here.

What a fantastic breakfast! Great service and food was delicious ❤️. We enjoyed chicken and waffles and a steak scramble. Both were served attractively and tasted great. They serve breakfast and lunch all day (when they are open) so I can’t wait to come back an try one of their salads.

It’s a super cute place. The decor fits the location and you can feel the history of the building. The food is served on stainless steel platters so the food got cold quickly. The breakfast potatoes, though, perfect!

Our first experience at this breakfast/lunch restaurant and we were wowed! From the friendly staff to the cute decor and the amazing food, everything was wonderful. We were informed that the chicken and waffles are a house specialty and this dish lived up to the hype. Looking forward to a return visit to try some of the lunch items.

Order was hot, fresh and correct. Servers we’re happy and helpful. The meal was great but simple and not exceptional. It is about a block away from the KATY Trail. A sign on the outside said the Trading Post and a sign on the inside said the Red Rooster but the menus and the check said Rowdy Rooster. There is parking on the west side of the building. A great little destination eatery.

First time going to the Rowdy Rooster. I got the triple berry salad with the lemon poppyseed dressing and a cold chai tea. Both were delicious and refreshing after running on the Katy trail. Definitely stop by if you are biking or riding on the Katy trail. I know I will be.

Delicious food and great small town atmosphere! We had the chicken and waffles and they were 10/10, one of the best chicken and waffles we’ve ever had. Service was fabulous too

Not my type of place, we were party of 6 and we were told we couldn’t put 2 tables together, we have to sit 3 at one table and 3 at the other table. Strange rules. When we were leaving a woman came in with service dog and she was denied entry….the woman said its the law to let service dog in…..I don’t know what the end result was, we didn’t stay around. Food was mixed reviews, from very good to so-so. It doesn’t matter for us we are not coming back.
