I reserved a table for my friends 30th birthday tonight. Making reservations was easy and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. They have a ton of beautiful and creative drinks, and the food was all delicious! Our waiter, Cody, knew the menu from top to bottom, was informative about the restaurant and ingredients, and gave great recommendations. After dinner, we were given complimentary Champagne for my friend’s birthday. They also served a cake that I had delivered earlier, which they decorated it with fruits and “Dirty 30!” We will definitely be back – this was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I have had. This is what a local shop should be! This review is only for their bakery, wine and butcher shop. They are friendly and welcoming and the food we tried was delicious! Their cheese selection is very limited but good. Meats are locally sourced and great. Their available drinks are great, ice pops amazing and their sourdough excellent. Our favorite by far was the ham and cheese sandwich. It is buttery and just delicious! Their plain croissant is also excellent!

Good experience at The Roe. The charcuterie board was ok, definitely not a traditional charcuterie board but still alright. The bread and pickles were my favorite items. It could’ve used a pop of jam or fruit for some color! The bartender was kind and attentive. The outside bar was nice and enjoyable. I’d return to try an entree.

Very nice. Great atmosphere. Sat on the deck. Live music was quality. Food was special and yummy. The drink was just right. Special dessert was like the bowl good. Service was sublime. This is one of the best I mean best places to eat at in Monroe, GA. (Monroe, just so you know, has a few incredible places to eat. But this spot. Right. Here.) They change their menu everyday, and the chef outsources locally and depending on what they have for the day, is what they’re cooking. You can taste the love, and quality, and you will never be disappointed. The staff is amazing, the drinks are so good, the restaurant itself is a piece of art. From apps to main courses to desserts, oh and the menu is handwritten daily! I mean what a personal touch. Each bathroom (no picture included, and FYI) is art in itself, it’s said that each 6 individual restroom was designed by a different designer, and the restrooms alone are one of the reasons we bring guests when they come and visit GA. It’s just a beautiful atmosphere with beautiful people. Go!

We had such an amazing time for my birthday. Cody made us feel so special, he was attentative and informed on the menu. One little mishap on gluten items but it didn’t stop him from correcting the situation. The food was AMAZING and even though the shop was closed they still sold items to us. So glad I spent my birthday here with family.
