They have been open for a month but the taste, quality, presentation of the food is by an experienced chef. Service was excellent by the waiter. Will definitely be going again.

My wife and I stopped in for the first time for lunch. The food was delicious, and the services was excellent. It is a hidden gem and we will definitely be coming back.

We were greeted at the front door and seated right away. Our waiter was Phillip and he was polite, personable, and friendly. We were served bread and their special Piquinto bean dip and it was refreshingly good! They then brought out these gorgeous salads – and they were really good!! That dressing is just perfection! I had the beef brisket and it was phenomenal!!! My husband had the short ribs and they were just as good!! The meat was so tender you didn’t even need a knife! We both had mac and cheese and corn on the cob as our sides. The corn was good, but the mac and cheese was superb!!! We split the Cali Sun Burst for dessert. The warm sugar loaf with creme and fresh strawberries was complimented by a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream – what a perfect pairing!! Everything was spectacular and our waiter was wonderful and so attentive!! What a wonderful surprise tucked away on 111!! We will definitely be coming back!!!

This is a hidden gem of a restaurant! Not just another casual, rib/barbeque place – this is an amazing place to eat! The best salads I’ve had in years! My husband loves the brisket and the ribs and we keep coming back! The portions are HUGE! The owner is friendly and very accommodating. Don’t miss the place!

Delicious family owned BBQ restaurant. Great prices on beer, $4 for a local IPA will keep me coming back. The pulled pork sandwich is great, soft bread, plentiful toppings like pickles and slaw, and great pulled pork.

Dinner tonight included beef brisket, broccoli, and mac & cheese and I had mixed feelings. The brisket was smoky and very tender. The half pound serving was plenty.

Arrived at 7:30 on a Wednesday, no wait time, pretty big place, but still resembles an Asian setting from the previous business. Waitress was nice and the chef came out to speak to a few tables, he’s from the valley but, has worked in Louisiana and Texas. We had the Ribs with fries(beer battered) and the Short Ribs in stoute sauce, mac-n-cheese and creamed corn. Short ribs were tender, a little too tender, most likely because it is chopped in loads of sauce(felt more of a stew), instead of a chunk of rib, which i found that i prefer. Sides were good, and the ribs were delicious. Dinners come with 2 sides and a salad, ceaser was tasty, not too much anchovy and the bread with bean hummus was a good starter.

We had the brisket, which came with a large salad and two sides. The brisket was very tender, the salad top quality and the sides also very good. All in all, a very good & large meal. My one suggestion would be to offer more bbq sauce as the small container wasn’t enough.

I have to say is GREAT! It’s off the beaten path, but well worth the time to find it. We plan to take our “foodie” son and daughter their the next time they’re in town. The plating is magazine beautiful and taste phenomenal. I urge you to give them a try, you won’t be sorry.
