Seems the Quality has somewhat diminished, service was slow and poor.. the overall appearance was good (Clean), but the food was cold, and bland, in the past, this was a favorite spot but, I’d give it a 5 ~ 10

My grandmother has been going here for several years. She has seen at least 3 owners. While she doesn’t go as often, she still enjoys going here. Every staff member is attentitive to her needs. They treat every guest as a family member. The staff is friendly and caring. They also just did some remodeling and it has really brightened up the place. Booths are small but manageable (I am a bigger person…)

Let me start by saying that I like Sam’s Ranch House. I like and enjoy the people and I normally go for breakfast which I always enjoy. Recently however we wanted to try their dinner on Friday and I am sad to report that we were not happy or impressed. First of all if you’re going to charge that much for something simple then it better be damn good and it wasn’t. Kids Mac & Cheese w/ ham should not have cost $9. I could have made better at home. I go to a restaurant to get something different or better than what I may make myself. Steak/shrimp kabobs with coleslaw and baked mac & cheese was the special for $24.99 and soooooo not worth it. We will be sticking with breakfast.

Food was cold, tasteless and some was over cooked. one of the workers(might have been management?) Asked how the food was my mother that had the beef said it was tough and he responded that he was afraid thats how it was going to turn out. We have been here before and had great food but this last time was a huge let down.

Ate lunch there today to try again. 3rd time here. 1st time was breakfast and it was bery good. 2nd time breakfast and it took a long time and food was cold. This time really terrible. Only thing worth eating was chicken and was cooked dry. Will not be back.

I miss when it was a buffet however it is still decent service and the food was ok. Shout out to however seasoned and fried that chicken….it was pretty much the highlight on my plate.

The pancakes wasn’t like normal thick soft and fluffy..they where kinda hard and thin and the bacon was burnt.first time that happen though..would I give them one more chance yeah.probably just was a bad day in the kitchen.
