Owner was very polite and made us comfortable. The food was so good and full of flavor. Can’t forget their tea it was so good. I normally ask for a sweet tea and lemonade mix @ most places. There was no need @ this awesome place with their homemade lemonade based tea yum yum. Can’t wait to go back and try everything.

Big thanks to the owner for the complementary food for our nephew who had his graduation. We had a large party of 13. The services was great and food was delicious. Also, prices are very reasonable. Real cajun flavor.

A nice hole in the wall restaurant that offers seafood and cajun varieties. They are well known by the locals. Being from New Orleans, I was told about this by my girlfriend in college station. I decided to try it. The service was professional and staff was friendly. The fries were really good, but only got a handful of fries as seen in photo. The sandwich was good but not a TRUE PO-BOY. True po-boys are sandwiches where the shrimp or seafood falls off the sandwiches. This is a good sandwich but no po-boy. If they can do better, I will try them again. They are nice and good to enjoy new orleans related food. The food taste really really good. I just suggest they offer more fries and a better po-boy. I paid $16.05 for everything. It felt more like $9.99 worth of food. Sorry but just being honest. Maybe it was just a bad day for me as they were actually very busy at the time.

Ate here last week and figured since it was late in the day I could get in and out but I was wrong. An A&M athletic team was there and they were so busy. I ordered and was told it would be a while which I completely understood. After waiting a bit I received my food and I didn’t complain or anything but they went above and beyond to add something extra in my bag for my wait. The little thought was very important to me. Not to mention the fish and wings were amazing! With the red beans and rice. This place is amazing. Sometimes you go and there will be a wait but the food and the service is very worth it

Great place for dinner. We came in for dinner with a bunch of firefighters (about a group of 12). Everyone enjoyed what they ordered and the owner Corey even came out and verified our orders to make sure everything was correct. Our whole group was very satisfied with what we ordered. If you want a great dinner definitely try this place. Thanks for the great service !!

This place is from the food to the service, I give it an A+. I ate there two days in a row and will be going back next time I’m in town! Shout out to my servers Crystal and Tasha. You guys did a great job! To the cooks who prepared my food, though it was a simple meal, you guys didn’t disappoint So, if you’re in College Station, whether visiting or you live there, the Remnant of Nawlins is the place to be! The owner Korey Thomas is great at what he does, and I can tell by the quality and preparation of his food that he puts his heart into it to make sure customers like myself are satisfied, and I appreciate that.

There is good and there is authentic and then there is the rare place that is both. The food cooked here is quite possibly the best seafood I have ever had. It isn’t fancy and it isn’t presented in some fashion intended to get New Yorkers excited. It is Southern Soul Food mixed with Nawlins locals. Absolutely will be back every trip. If they get an alcohol license and a tv I’ll be there watching football on Saturdays and basketball and baseball the rest of the week. Outstanding.
