Was not happy with the menu!!! We were told that the menu in front of us was the only things that were available to us. I didn’t like that I had no choice for an appetizer except for peanut soup. The salad was pretty good, no choice of vegetables with one of the four entree. I don’t eat asparagus but couldn’t substitute it and paid for it. The food we had was good but not happy with the choices. I would never have dinner there again or recommend your restaurant to anyone, over $180.00 for my wife and I and had to settle for what was offered. I had my mind set for shrimp cocktail, prime rib and baked potato BUT NO!!!! Never Again!!! Understanding and reviewing my experience doesn’t help me with what it cost me for food that was not what I wanted. If it wasn’t for a good friend’s birthday we would have walked out!!!!!!

This place was elegant and classy! The food was great and fair priced. But the best thing on the whole menu is The Bananas Foster for 2! What an epexerience that is. They bake it right in front of you! Our waiter Sam was amazing!

Fantastic breakfast Buffet!! The weekday buffet is every bit as good as most hotels Sunday brunch buffets. They had an omelette station, lots of hot options, smoked salmon and numerous other offerings. The staff is extremely friendly. Excellent spot at a beautiful hotel!

Went for the Sunday brunch today and it was wonderful. I felt so pampered! Fast refills on HOT coffee, courteous attendants, very tasty food! Beautiful piano music to accompany the meal. I look forward to doing it again when we return to the area!

Totally enjoyed dinner. Had a wonderful mushroom bowl. Mushrooms on spaghetti squash with pumpkin puree and pepitas. Delicious. Followed by the Christmas globe. Cranberry compote, custard and chocolate Ganache. So pretty and tasty! Service was perfect. Lovely wine list. Elegant atmosphere.

Indulged in the oysters and seafood bisque to get the best value. The cheesecake was also exceptional and stood out far beyond other desserts, honestly might’ve been the best thing there. Everything else was average and normal. The brisket was okay.

Me and my wife had an Amazing dinner here. The Seafood Bisque was probably the best I’ve ever had, all of our dishes were plated very well and not a single dish was less than Amazing. Our server was very kind and did an excellent job of making us feel special. The live trio playing the piano, sax, and drums was the PERFECT touch to an elevated dinner experience. Will definitely come back!

Everyone says the Peanut Soup is a must-try. Well, it’s true! The full serving probably isn’t enough to share, so order a round! My burger was not very good. Over cooked and the pretzel bun was hard. Fries were very good on the side, though! The pulled chicken BBQ quesadilla was a delicious appetizer. Highly recommend. Our server was very polite and attentive. The atmosphere was also elegant and spacious. Went for lunch on a Wednesday and nearly had the whole place to ourselves. Walking the hotel grounds and grabbing a bite was the perfect midday outing in Roanoke.
