Excellent sense of hospitality from the woman seating us to the guys taking our orders. The place was packed, which is always a good sign of how the experience will unfold.

Was a little disbelief in the ceviche portion. Returned them. They were really nice about it, thankfully.

Fantastic place to get some Oysters and a cold drink. The surprise was the tinned starters. Delicious. I recommend the Spanish Octopus with paprika.

Oysters are always shucked fresh and are never gritty!

The perfect place for a lazy summer night with someone special. Organic, chill, utterly unique experience like nothing else. Skip the shrimp, double up on the oysters

Was one of the highlights of our Fall Foliage trip in New England. Best service, food, a choice of oysters. Outside on the water oyster farm, you could go out & get your own. So lucky to find it just driving around. Amazing place!

One of our favorite places to visit anytime we’re in the area. We’re from north of Boston so it’s a rare treat to get to down there, but when we are we immediately go to ICO Raw Bar. Some of the best oysters in the world at one of the coolest seaside properties with a solid beer selection all adds up to a 10 out of 10 experience. The staff are super friendly, and if you can get there while they’re having a bonfire it only ups the experience. We also did the facility and boat tour and would 100% recommend it if you can swing it.

Just an all out enjoyable experience. Went on a work trip and took the tour, had great beers on draft in a great location and setting, easy quick treats like caviar hot dogs and oysters and super friendly staff. Can’t wait to come back

The vibe here was on point. Nice and open. They have three types of oysters which were all delicious. We tried caviar hot dog which was really interesting and we had what appeared to be a clam chowder but was used as a dip for chips. This would be a good place to go to hangout with friends.

If you find yourself on the South Shore of Mass…. GO. TO. THIS. PLACE. Can’t say enough about this experience! We visited this past Sunday, after my wife & I drove up from New York for a family event. (I’m from the area.) We were both VERY excited to check out their new set-up. The location & grounds: absolutely gorgeous. The food: UNREAL (which goes without saying). Delicious cocktails, quality beer list…. But it was the professionalism & customer service that *absolutely blew us away*. The operation was an impressive, well-oiled machine; which was obvious from the start. That’s why we were surprised when, over an hour after ordering, our food still hadn’t come out. In fairness, it was incredibly busy & we were just chilling with our drinks & enjoying the beautiful scenery; but we decided to check up on it with the bartender. After trying to locate the order, it became apparent that something had gone wrong & it was never received by the kitchen. I cannot stress enough how impressive the response to this situation was: Immediately they very sincerely apologized, explained that this was a very rare mistake (which I do not doubt in the slightest), and told us that they were going to pick up our tab. I initially thought they meant only the food (which would’ve been overly generous enough), as we had already had a few drinks each. But no; they meant *all of it*. They then had our order rushed to us in absolutely no time flat. The food was INCREDIBLE, & well worth the wait. But the thing was, we were having a great time & still planned to hang out. Not wanting to look like we trying to take advantage of their already incredible generosity, we insisted on opening a new tab for everything we ordered from that point on, which ended up being another round of drinks *AND* another round of food. When the time came & I tried to close out, they refused to charge the card & insisted on picking up that round too. *I was FLOORED.* I honestly haven’t seen customer service at that level in my life! Didn’t even know it was possible these days. And the thing is, it didn’t come off as “customer service; it was a 100% sincere reaction by some damn fine people who seem to love where they work & take pride in making it an incredibly impressive experience from start to finish. Honestly, ‘blown away’ doesn’t even come close! My sincerest commendation & all the respect in the world to everyone involved with this place: from the front line staff, to the kitchen, to management, & all the way up the hierarchy of the organization. Island Creek is obviously the standard as to how a business should be run, & it shows. Can’t wait to be back! (And the best part is, they just gave me every justification to be *completely unreasonable* with how much I plan to order the next time we get there!) Do yourself a favor & make the trip. It’s worth every penny that we would’ve paid, & more!
