Dude. This place is rad, not like kinda cool rad, like how does this place really exist dive bar with excellent food and an unimaginable beer menu packed with a unique collection that would impress any human being, rad. I had a Beyond burger which was grilled perfectly, crusty on the outside and juicy on the inside, nice crisp romaine and a fatty slice of red onion on top. The bun was grilled, and it was as soft as a pillow but still had a hint of chew. The fries were absolutely yummy, skin on russet potatoes fried to the right temp and salted to perfection. Bar staff was friendly and chatted us up while we hung out, and of course extremely knowledgeable about the brews. They make some in house, and have several guest taps to round out an awesome selection. Overall- this place is a 10/10, all day long. Excellent job guys!

Great food, made fresh. Craft beer n ciders tap selection always changing. You will probably find something to your taste. Friendly staff. “That’ll do pig” sandwich is one of their best offerings.

We love the beer here and we like to support local businesses. We’ve been here maybe a dozen times or so, and it’s not a bad spot, but haven’t been going much lately. The reason we don’t come back much is more on the restaurant side, because the menu doesn’t change and it isn’t very big to begin with. I end up getting the same thing every time and get a bit bored with it. I’ve also found that its hard to get service once you’ve gotten your food, you have to get up and go find someone and it’s usually right after you’ve gotten your food so it’s a bit of a hassle.

Food is tasty, but the burger was slider-sized and put on a giant ciabatta roll. One slice of bacon on it. Definitely not worth the cost. Fries are great, however.

I am not a beer drinker or a drinker at all so I never really had much interest in trying this place. But my husband and I went about 10:30-11pm Saturday wanting something good to eat late but that wasn’t Applebee’s (not a fan of Applebee’s) and I am so disappointed that I haven’t went until now! This little place is absolutely amazing! Food great, unique, cozy, friendly, clean, my husband really enjoyed his craft beer. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place for you and your family. It is kid friendly with kids menu

If you’re tired of the same old take out, for dinner one evening be sure to check out The Rambling Root. The have amazing food, great staff and service, use locally sourced meats and vegetables, plus they’re locally owned and operated. Follow their Facebook page or visit their website to find out when they host various events such as: live music, trivia, and viewing parties. I have been to The Root quite a few times now with various people and I have never heard a complaint about food or service. Although I don’t drink my boyfriend and friends tell me they have a great beer selection.
