We wanted to try a different restaurant in Little India than our regular goto place. Quiet place, food was good. Chole Bhature and Mango Lassi were the best that we have had in a while. Samosa and Papdi Chaat are good too. Price point was very reasonable. The owner/cashier is a gentleman. Hope you all will like it too.

I was missing India, especially Punjab so I was excited to try this place. I tried the Ameristari Kulcha and it was delicious. The service was impeccable, we were greeted and served water right away. I got to talk to the owner about my trip, he was very pleasant. I will be back.

The chole bature, fried fluffy bread was disappointing because the bread was flat. We also had a kulcha and the flavour was okay too. Both came with the same style chickpeas, although we were expecting black chickpeas with the kulcha. We had a snack style appetiser, I can’t remember which one. The flavour for that one was actually what we expected. Sweet, savoury, and tangy. Loved it! A lot of people mention the food is not too salty and it’s true! I think that’s the best part of their food. Their chai is so not good. I tried to order coffee and they didn’t have any so I was stuck with their bland chai. My husband is Punjabi and he said the food is more of a homemade type of food. I give the food 4 stars and the restaurant set up 3, because it’s pretty unwelcoming. I think they need to add more chairs and decor. The service was okay. But he food is what really matters.

Great dining experience!! Delicious food, reasonable price and good service. Food is prepared spicy. Let server know upfront if you want mild. Will dine here again.

The Punjab is set to give an at home atmosphere. It is spacious and cleanly. The workers are super friendly. My husband and I tasted what is the best lamb curry we have eaten. It has such an authentic taste with delicious herbs and spices. My personal favorite is the chili and garlic naan spectacular. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I ordered chole bhature and samosa chaat, both were very delicious, I would recommend their mango Lassi which is flavorful and not too sweet

Food was average a little expensive for the quality and the atmosphere created. One of the servers was rude and should have been assigned to help in the back. Another young man came out and took our payment and was very nice and very friendly. He needed to be the one out front serving customers.

The goat curry, chicken Tikka masala, and eggplant were very tasty. It took quite a while for the dishes to come out, and the portions were smaller than expected. Otherwise I’d give a five star review. Our waiter was friendly and courteous. We enjoyed it overall and will come back in the future.

We ordered two combo meals with chhole, shahi paneer, mixed vegetables and pakora kadhi. The combo meals were good, quantity could have been more!

The Punjab restaurant is it if you are looking for perfect authentic punjabi food. We walked in at 8:30. They close at 9 but they still catered to our needs. The chicken seekh kebabs and the goat curry are a must try. Everything at this place is immaculate and delicious. I felt as if I was eating at home. Will come here again for sure.
